I've played through SP before, but in my current play through:

I get through the first two floors of SP without errors.  I kill Sophia, get onto the bridge, but as soon as I try and get through the second door (labled Avernus's Tower), the loading screen comes up and it just...stays...there.  I have no idea why.  It doesn't crash, per-se, and I don't have this problem anywhere else (at least so far, and I have backed off and re-approached SP several times).

This is the steam version, fully patched.

Anyone have any thoughts?
