You need to play alittle wow cause shamans do not use arcane magic they use only natural magic and they call they're powers from the spirits.

Yeah, I get it, except I don't learn words like shaman from Blizzard. Bioware doesn't have to follow Warcraft's lore on shamans. They're the guys that wear flowy clothing and beat their drums in town squares.

I prefer the badass cows, orcs, and trolls wearing mail, speaking to their ancestors, use shields and axes, throwing lighting bolts, and transforming into wolves

Also the relation ship with the shaman class would be you need to give before you can use their powers or you will just be a warrior with a bear claw in one hand and a staff in the other

Jesus ****. Shamen do exist in the real world. There already is a working definition. Whatever bleeding World of Eyesores does with them is not a concern for an unrelated mythos.

Well im not going to hate on your opinion but a human using a bear claw on his right hand and a staff in his left hand with two metal wolf heads on his shoulders crackling with lightning and wearing a wolfs head as a helm is pretty BA to me

You know just about everything that has been imagined was inspired by the real world.I suggest many of you go learn about this mysterious real world.

It's Metal, but I don't think it's badass. It's trying too hard.

i have to agree with gaider, also i still have to encounter a case where the name of a character would disturb my immersion in a game world. Also don't give me examples of names from MMO characters that were made by jerks, because i have yet to play a MMO that offers the same depth of immersion as most good Single RPGs do.

One of the few wonderful things about the original NWN was the cow catapult cheat in debug mode.  Once because I could and I wanted to, I killed Aribeth with flying cows.  Best loathed NPC death ever...'cept Carth's.

Also adding shamans would finally give a dwarf magic. Tired of them always getting the lesser end of the bargain
