i have to agree with gaider, also i still have to encounter a case where the name of a character would disturb my immersion in a game world. Also don't give me examples of names from MMO characters that were made by jerks, because i have yet to play a MMO that offers the same depth of immersion as most good Single RPGs do.

Although follow SWTOR's developement i'm rather sceptical about how much fun such story immersion might really be. I mean when i play an MMO it's not really for the story but for the gameplay.

WoW is a joke, blizzard is catering the game to newbies and idiots.



They ruined the horde by giving them elves which attracted idiots, children, and women.

the raids are a joke, no more 40 man, even 10 idiots can kill a boss now

the stories are pathetic

The GMs are useless

Legendaries dont take any effort to earn

shamans have been neglected for years, while paladins continously keep getting buffed (to keep the children and idiots happy of course)

****ing retardins, so many idiots play them in my raids its embarassing. I literally had one kid who did not know how to use his auras or lay on hands.

in PVP, they are such big facerolls, I cannot PVP as enhancement

Ah yes, the wimminz.  They should make the Glorious Master Race of Gamer Men sandwiches, and stay in the kitchen where they belong...and out of the guilds 

Anyway, back on original topic.  The handy thing about names like Cousland and Amell was that they were nice and generic, and went well with a whole slew of first names.

Any of those names would have been fine by me

And besides, balkanian-slavic surnames are far better. Pick a word from the slavic tongues. Add a ić/ič in the end. And there you have it. Something better than Hawke. Let's translate HAWKE into Slavic... hmm... in Serbian it should be Jastreb according to meh father...



JASTREBIĆ! Far better than any of your Hawke stuff BioWare... And besides, the Free Marches could be the Earth's equivalent of Serbia!
