ensure that you're still logged into the bioware server from the main menu... also there was an update being done earlier today or last night... that prevented some content from updating, though I think it's fixed now

I've played for 20+ hours already (starting on saturday), but only got my character's profile updated only once during the first few hours.

I am always connected to the servers, try reloginning, but to no avail. Actually, I don't care much, but It would be nice to actually have my profile updated...

I know how you feel lol, I re-rolled a new character on Saturday and have got 20+ hours myself but he hasn't even uploaded on the site period. I see my other characters I created including my failed attempt at a good warrior that I got to level 7. :pinched:

My character took forever to upload, considering I've had the game since the 4th. It still only says I'm level 6 (about to ding 14 actually) but it has my achievements up to date.

I'm not too worried about my character uploading just one of those nice things I wish would happen lol. Besides that, this game is great and I am enjoying it very much :)

I've been having the same problem. The first character I created hasn't been uploaded yet, and it's the only one I've continued past the early parts of the game with. Going on 20+ hours and yet no upload.

Scratch that, he just appeared. I recommend changing the path to dragon age folder with save files and screeshots. Today i moved my documents folder from user folder that contained non-english characters directly to drive C so it looks like:

C:\\Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age

Immediately my screenshots started to work and my character appeared couple of hours later.

I'm on the 360 version. My achievements upload fine but not the character. Also, how do I take screen-shots in the 360 version? Or can I not?

This fixed it for me.

ok so that fixed it for me, but now the game doesn't know where the save files are. How do I tell it where they are?

Same here. The character was getting updated pretty regularly up to level 8. I'm now level 11 and my equipment completely changed, yet I still have my old char on the site. Could this be because of 1.01a patch or that I gave Lilianna a little help in gaining her lockpicking and cunning abilities?

Last i heard they were having problems with the upload servers, traffic, and updates coming through ok. If you are getting any update, then you are lucky. They have said they are working on resolving it- hope they do it soon!! I for one can't wait to see my chars online.

The same for me, but my my "achievements" are uploaded, not the characters, or the portraits.

Having the same issues. Was working just fine, but now my character hasn't uploaded since lvl 6 and my profile picture of my character isn't showing as well. My achievements are up to date though. Hopefully they will fix this issue.

Yep I always get achievements first, too. I'm glad to hear others having the same issues, because I was thinking maybe it's because I cheated or updated to 1.01.

If you moved Documents folder through its properties tab then simple rebooting should be enough. When i started game again everything was working as it should - screenshots, saves and uploading.

Can you explain how to change this location without problems?

1) I create a "Document" folder on C:
2) I move Bioware folder there
3) that's it  ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I am trying to use the downloadable character creator because if you use it and upload your character, you get a free +1 ring to stats. I am having problems though, because the program keeps timing out when trying to contact my online profile, or upload anything. Has anyone gotten this to work recently?

I think what he did was right click the My documents folder and then choose properties. You should now have a tab that says location, and you can change the location from your user folder to the C:\\ drive. Not sure why this would help other than your user folder is usually a hidden folder. I know that the config files all point to your user folder for the save locations, so the uploader should see them. In any case, it's worth a try.
