I already have a playthrough where i imported my Me1 shepard but if i import the Me2 Shepard that was originally imported from Me1 do all my decisions and actions from Me1 get transferred also?
(Sorry what i said might be a little confusing, I couldn't really word it properly)

As I recall my ME2 import retained all weapons but lost all upgrades. All players retained power points but they needed to be allocated again. The Paragon and Renegade meters were reset to zero.
That YMIR in the first away mission that terrified me so badly the first time was no problem the second. Having singularity, heavy warp, heavy overload, and squad warp ammo made things somewhat easier. Didn't even need the Collector beam weapon.
