There would be 20x more whining if multiplayer was in the game...

To be honest, Multiplayer for the combat could be kind of cool.

Keep the dialogue and what not constrained to the first player, but let a second player jump in and take control of a party member. (Assuming you can even take control of party members in DA2)

This would have to be splitscreen only though, it wouldn't be anywhere near as fun online.

I remember Bioware doing something like that for the multiplayer in Baldurs Gate 2.

I honestly doubt that that is going to be a good game.

its the very definition of co-op. It's an mmo with a heavier lean towards "rpg" than anything i can think of previously.

I do not want multiplayer or any kind of co-op in either Dragon Age or Mass Effect. If I want multiplayer I'll wait for swtor

I'm pretty sure this is just a troll. Anyone who uses the term disappoint and thinks mmo's aren't coop is too good to be true.

Errr.. its not a question of bravery son. Its a matter of taste.

If you want an mmo go to Wow. I hear it is good enough to satisfy anyones multiplaying needs.

star wars the old republic, an mmorpg bioware is making set in the kotor time period. Check out swtor.com if you haven't seen it yet. It's currently in alpha or beta testing.

Edit: and from the looks of it, it looks very much like a sort of co-op kotor.
