i have no idea where to ask, this seemed as good as any place, i can't seem to find toolset help, but i'm not going to spend 6 hours searching threads when all i need is a simple answer! 

basicly what i want to is remove the glowey-eyeball-showing gold shimmer effect from the Combat Magic of the Arcane Warrior spell tree. partly invisible is cool, but i have some really awesome armor now and i want to show it off to all the npcs that i can, and i have to keep deactivating combat magic before dialogue scenes to maintain my RPG experience.  hope that makes sense to RPers. even if i had to remove the partly-transparent effect as well, i would be ok with that.

any help?  thanks in advance =)
