I have been looking at the premise for DA2 and looking back at DA:O and looking at where Hawke starts and where the Warden would be.

1) Hawke fled the Blight on the outset of DA:O 
2) Hawke ventures out of Fereldon by the map very far away.
3) The Warden at the beginning of Hawke's decade long saga, is still fighting the blight.
4) As Hawke starts to hit a high note on his own journey. The Warden (if your chose a noble) becomes King or Queen of Fereldon.

5) Then the Warden heads into northern Fereldon to assume the role of Warden Commander. Hawke is still a refugee/adventure in the Marches.

6) by the end of awakenings you are a demi-god. Hawke is still fighting and clawing his way through his decade long strife.

Its simply impossible to even think about granting an import ability simply because of the time line. Also, since Hawke is either male or female human, what would happen to your demi-human characters?

It makes sense that this is the story about another character that exsist in a timeline parallel to what your Warden is doing in Fereldon.

I always forget, but I thought all of DA:O was a year or something?

Add a couple more for Awakening, and it's only a small part of a decade. Besides, they never say WHEN the decade starts. For all we know, the time we run from Lothering at the begin doesn't count: it skips ahead, then we go through a decade. Maybe, wild guessing.

Awakening was a couple of months after Origins.

Right right. Been a while, never got it anyways. So yeah. I'd like an import, but timeline wise it shouldn't do much.
