I loved the finishing moves in Dragon Age Origins. Nothing better than slicing off Darkspawns heads. What I was wondering was would it be possible to have more decapitations of enemies arms or legs. I'm only talking about as a finishing move but there was just something so enjoyable about cutting through Howes men at the estate (Half my kills there ended with the head decapitation move...well not half but alot). Just a thought really, what about you guys.
Dragon age 2 Finishing Moves...Decapitation...Please :)

To add to this, please add finishing moves for mages as well.

Make finishing moves optional or make the character unhittable while they are doing it.
Annoying being killed while doing a long finishing blow.

just a small point decapitation means removing the head, what you want is dismemberment. but yes i agree it would be cool to have more varied finishing moves like dismemberment or cutting in half, and also if they happened more often...i always thought it would make more sense if you always did a finishing move after you killed the last enemy of a group.

I would like finish moves for mages but I don't know how could this be implemented, sort of some final explosion where everything would be anihilated. (but what about armor looting afterwards etc).
Also I don't know if finishing moves for mages would be realistic and rpg correct...
I have no problem giving this thrill to fighters and rogues anyway...

yeah, i think the finishing moves for rogues and warriors are a good way to make the fighting more exciting for those classes, why would you need more excitement when your already shooting fire out of your hands and crushing enemy's with cages of light?...but it would be awesome if they have made it possible to use their staffs as melee weapons now so you could crush your enemies head or something.
