Okay I could be in the minority on this, but is the lighting so weird that your character will often come out looking a shade darker or lighter, or a hair color will be shaded wrong. Is it just me and my monitor? I certainly hope not lol. It was quite annoying the dark background and the dim light shining on the character. Anyone else hope when they are designing their Hawke that it doesn't look like he is in the Arl of Denerim's dungeon?
I myself would like him/her to be outside in normal lighting as you design him/her since I assume your character will be under daytime sunshine for 75% of the game.
Character creation lighting question.

yeah I had the same problem...sometimes I had to remake my character, but hopefully they will add better lighting.

Also you couldn't get truly black hair. Only a really dark shade of brown.

It's not just you. The skintone being different in "daylight" has happened to me manytimes. It's especially frustrating when I spend hours making the perfect face and then have to start all over again when I realise that my PC is white as a sheet ingame when it looked slightly tanned during char creation *argh*
I don't know what's up with the the whole "create your character in a dungeon" theme of character creators. Why can't the background be some sunny meadow or something???
I also can't see the eye colour properly and have to squint at the screen to see if eyes are green or grey.

Oh YES. Had this problem a lot. With the character creator I would love it if the cam zoomed right in when picking eye colour.
