DLC code fail, EA support won't let me log in.

Hey my DLC code for the Memory Band isn't working, which is strange as the other DLC codes listes along with it worked fine, and from what I gather if we have this issue we're meant to contact EA through help.dragonage.com

But, I log in with my Bioware account, it won't work. I log in with my Bioware SocialNetwork account, it won't work. If I ask it to send me my username, I put in my email and it says email succesfully sent. No email in my inbox or junk.

Ok, so I think maybe you have to use a separate EA account? I don't have one, so I try to sign up. It says my email address is already in use so I can't create a profile on it. In use by my Bioware accounts, I assume? Or maybe I do have an EA account by some random magic? So I click on forgot password and put in my email address. No email in my inbox or junk.

What the hell? How can I get what I paid for now if Bioware can't help and EA's site doesn't work because it thinks I have some phantom account which I don't, and it can't give me any details of this phantom account? This game has just been so much trouble, just want what I paid for...
