Movies do it and they sell tickets like hot cakes.

Most movies that do are tactful. Some deliberately are not. Those who are interested in that sort of thing can go watch that all they want. I think it takes a sadistic sort of person to want to watch, let alone play something like that though.

Games arent movies. Lets stop comparing the two.

They are both a form of media, why must one have limitations while the other does not?

I'm not saying they should. But they do. Fact of life.

Anyway. This thread has seriously digressed. Its become philospohical in nature, and it doesnt really matter. Because at the end of the day, you are not going to get full nudity in dragon age II, and probably not in any big game for a long while yet.

The American audiences didn't get the real version of Fahrenheit,they got Indigo Prophecy without sex.

Max Payne 2??? can't remember any sex in that game

Max Payne 2 had a sex scene, though come to think of it may have been implied in one of those comic strips they use so I'll pull that one back and replace it with God of War. Was there any fuss on God of War?

Many people from America did buy Fahrenheit in England because they wanted the full game with sex.

Hopefully they will get rid of the underwear sex scenes or clothes sex for that matter.They could at least show the top skin we have to see everything else!! I'm just sayin.

GTA IV's nudity was of a penis. It was still very unappriorate and rockstar is still getting lawsuits, bioawre doesn't need lawsuits from people. I understand people want the whole nude in sex, but in america probably not going to happen and in GFW the scene still changes to a different part of the room while you see things moving. I haven't seem MP, but I know heavy rain had lots of breats. I'm all for a little nudity in video games, but as an artist myself. I prefer taste rather than tact. I like my taste of chocolate and not cheese. Bioware's cheese we have now seen in a more of poor quality so I think the fans deserve more chocolate from them. I've seen a lot of romance scene from movies and games and I have to say. Bioware has done pretty well so far. I didn't mind the music in the Love scenes in DA:O I just didn't like the grandy pants and the weird positions.

Basically as someone else refered, more taste less tact!

the game is 17+, there's a reason it's not rated T for Teen. These are big boy games, not games for small children.

Unfortunatly the loudest group are people who feel video games are a childrens toy rather then another entertainment outlet like movies, books, ect. So even M, 17+, 18+, whatever scale your particular nation goes by are going to be seen as for children.

Point A:  Dante's Inferno.  The Prince of Darkness has the Prince of Penises.  Rockstar isn't the only one putting more than just nipples in their games.

Point B:  I searched and searched and searched for your "lawsuits" against Rockstar for the penis (it would be baseless anyway, TLAD was rated M) and there aren't any. 

Point C:  You're arguing over very subjective material.  Quit talking in absolutes.  Some people didn't find GTA 4 nudity inappropriate.  Some people didn't find DA:O's love scenes to be cheesy.  Whatever is in the game is in the game.  Personally, just to spite you, I hope it's hardcore porn with lots of sodomy on both sexes.
