I'm definitely going with PC-360-PS3.
On a related note, does anyone know why the PS3 version is coming out two weeks later? Standard exclusivity bs, or are they actually making the two console versions different in some way?

Dragon Age is made for PC. It's always easier to port a game between PC and Xbox. PS3 on the other hand is more difficult, and a bad porting job will result in graphical errors, bugs and you name it. I was rather surprised that BioWare was going to release the game on PS3 in the first place.

Has Bioware ever had one of their games come out on the PS3?

There has been only one: MDK2 Armageddon for PS2 exclusive back in 2001, when Interplay was publishing their games. That does not account for anything after over 8 years of changes.
They originally planned, or rather did not deny Mass Effect for PS3, which did not happen due to either lack of time, unprofitable/risky investment or complications. Basically Dragon Age Origins will be BioWare's first ever release on PS3 platform. Given a delay of only two weeks comparing to other platforms, I don't really know how well it will turn out.
Valve tried to step onto the PS platform awhile ago, and now they openly declare that they don't like the PS platform at all and will not plan nor release any game on the PS platform in the foreseeable future.

Because the PS3 is a pain in the rear to develop for. Cell isn't really comparable to a typical CPU, so it takes a lot more than just changing your compiler target in order to get something that runs well (or even runs correctly) on the PS3.Teufelnacht wrote...

Because a fair few people have consoles and PCs, EA could sway the balance in either direction - depending on how they publicise the PC system requirements. It's one thing to just publish them, but pointing out that it's relatively undemanding and runs fine on older hardware will encourage PC sales.
I would guess that long term PC sales will be strong relative to the consoles, because (I hope) the mod scene will pick up and wil drive demand. On the other hand, if BW/EA can persuade MS & Sony to make user-generated DLC easier to get hold of, the console demand might also pick up. But on balance, I think people interested in mods will always gravitate towards the PC because you can create as well as play them.

I vote for 360, as console RPG gamers a pretty starved for decent products.

Anyway, I just learned that the flash game is gonna have two more chapters for pay, so I predict THAT will have the most sales
Seriously, though, I'm not on top of the numbers on platform sales, but I have to say that anybody who has a choice of getting an RPG in PC or console version who chooses console is missing out on an awful lot :/

In reality, I think X-box 360 version will sell the most copies, but also have the biggest amount of copies on the second hand shelves. PC will come in second purely because PS3's are rarer.
In terms of technology and pure benefits, I have to say the PC and PS3 are superior to the 360 version, judging by what developers have said, especially in the PS3 Gameplay video.

I don't expect the numbers to be so dramatically inclined towards the XBOX for Dragon Age... but still.
EA recognizes this fact too. That's why they delayed the launch of Dragon Age until the console versions were finished. They, at least, recognize that console games (especially xbox360 in N.A.) outsell PC many times over.

I would say that a majority of the 360 crowd will be too busy playing Modern Warfare 2. PC FTW.
I would have to disagree with you there, Although I'm not a fan of MW4 I have a few friends who are and all of them can't wait to play DA:O. SO XBOX 360 sales will definately lead the pack PS3 sales won't be high as PC.
