A greater variety of clothing is needed for DA2.

If we travel to different climates there should be warm weather and cold weather variations of clothing and armor too. Enhanced immersion!

On that note, DA:O needs more ****s, even if you can't interact with them.

The Pearl was sadly in need of some of them.

This is a pretty cool robe, in my opinion:

I guess one benefit to having the main character restricted to being human is that they don't have to worry about making meshes for Dwarves and Elves of both sexes. Of course, NPC's will still need clothes and armour but that's a bit easier.

Agreed!

Know what else I want? Male and female bodies that AREN'T exactly the same in design. Your telling me Wynne's body has no wrinkles or or lines in it what so ever and is just as fresh and perky as Morrigan or Leliana's? Yeah right, grandma.

I also kept picturing my female human noble as thinner than she appeared in bra and panties, I would have prefered her to be the same width as elven females to be honest.

That depends on whether we'll still have full control over party members' equipment.

So is a rogue running straight toward an enemy pretending to be invisible.

True, then again it also depends on if our party has any dwarves/elves in it now doesn't it :)

I never noticed how much more detailed Carmen was compared to the other Hookers.

I was being silly. I actually like the non-eye candy practical armor for the women. lol

Helmet, pauldrons, chestplate, gauntlets, greaves and boots. That would allow to make the character's armor more distinctive, since there are more pieces needed to have a full armor. Removing a piece or several pieces would alter the look of the armor alot more, overall.

I don't like grossly impractical stripperiffic armour on women either. I think a form-fitting outfit that covers everything can be more sexy than a revealing and impractical ensemble.

We'll probably see the stiletto heel wearing outfits with skintight plastic suits.

I would like a larger choice of outfits for my characters, not just armor and robes.

It would be nice if we could have some joke outfits too, such as a jester outfit, maid outfit (including maid headband), samurai armor (including the helmets with the built-in mask), and a kimono. Not all of it has to be practical for combat.

I am for new and more clothes too!! The outfits in DA get boring real fast due to no differences.

Looking at other posts long cloaks would work if you can handle hair clipping, it never worried me in NWN2 but I can see how it would agitate others.

what I'm hoping from looking at the reveal art is that you can have a mixture of both armour and robes (like Duncan's armour)

She's running around in her panties and leg warmers which leaves her legs wide open for attack. Not practical. lol

The problem I have with that kind of armour is that there is no conceivable reason for there to be plating missing on the inside legs. Having plates there wouldn't really change the sexiness, either. It'd just make it less blatent. I like subtlty!

We should have clothing dyes for clothes (which also mysteriously work on metal armor), just like we had heraldry paint for shields in Awakening.
