Cant get authorization for Stone Prisoner

I have Dragon Age Origins registered. I have the stone prisoner registered (its listed under registered content). However, when I actually start the game, and when I go to the downloadable content, it shows stone prisoner as "unauthorized." I'll be honest, I recently moved, and I cant find the that small paper with the authorization key on it. Please help?

Make sure you log into the same profile through the game that you have the game content registered with.
