Honestly, these are the only forums I know where developers swoop in and argue with everything people say. I'm so used to forums where people endlessly argue and criticize the game while the developers simply watch and laugh.David Gaider wrote...

Yep that was my assumption. I guess its mixed result of all the cinematic experience talk from GI (what makes me thing no words, just pure sounds/animations) and simply because ME had nothing similar.
"I've made this wild assumption! Prove me wrong!"
In this case you are wrong, in both the assumption that we are no longer able to use narrative text (for whatever reason) and that our assuming the dialogue wheel interface and spoken player VO means we will be emulating the style of Mass Effect in every other way. Not so.
I challenge you, Bioware!

I'm still disappointed that this topic wasn't what I at first expected it to be: an angry fan challenging Gaider to a write-off.
"I, Stalky24, hereby challenge thee, Davith Gaiderth, to a write-off. Does thou accept?"
That would've been so epic.
from where would they write off? and what?
I didn't know Gaider goes still to school

All you have to do is go up to the ME forums to see this in effect

I was sort of waiting for this response, but I couldn't think of a better word for it...

Story wise, I'm glad they didn't continue my Grey Warden (for now i guess) and explore another area and culture in Thedas for the next 80 hours of gameplay or so. I'm just curious on the new character Hawke and his role in the game and how will it differ from the DA:O which was all about the Blight and my Grey Warden. Who will be my new companions i wonder? What will be the true title of the game? Dragon Age: Origins to Dragon Age 2:____________?
I don't mind if i can't play an elf or dwarf in this game as long as the my companions are better if not at par with the first game in terms of character depth, variety, romances, etc.
With the new dialogue system, I haven't seen a video on how it applies to DA2. I trust them when they say it will work .
And last but not the least I WANT TO SEE MORE DRAGONS !!!!! B)B)
