Not consecutively, no. I don't like replaying games the second I finish them. But provided this game is good (which it probably will be given BioWare's track record), I'll replay it.

um, i played DA1 7 times, DA2 zero obviously, ME1 3 times, and was unable to play ME2 more than once until now

I'll play Dragon Age 2 as many times as I want. I played Dragon Age tons of times (most profiles have been deleted to spare memory) and I'll do the same with Dragon Age 2.

I already have.
DA2 was my personal favorite, I especially like playing a conquering ****, but ME2 certainly had more guns, spaceships and alien boobs so it's a close second. DA:O and ME are a close race, as they are two similar but different games. Ultimately, I'd say the Origin's feature leads it a slight win, but I must admit ME is has a thrilling Space Action Story.
Companion wise it, again, is a close race, mainly boiling down to Sten (DA:O), Wrex (ME), and June(DA2), but I've got to give it to Sten, with his wonderful Qunari culture, and love of baked confectioneries.
