Ok for some reason some idiots think that Dragon Age is better than Mass Effect well I say Mass Effect is better because

It has more action

Shepard has more character than a character we can create

We dont have to waste time trying to customize our character and we can just jump straight into the game

The game focuses less on character interaction and more on combat making the game more exiting

Any character character interaction we are forced to partake in is a lot quicker because we dont have to pay as much attention to what we are saying and can just select the top choice for paragon and the bottom choice for renegade

The story is more interesting

We dont have to waste as much time on inventory management and we can get into the action quicker

So you see Mass Effect is better than Dragon Age and Dragon Age 2 being mad more like Mass Effect is only a good thing.

I doubt many people care about your opinion. I could argue about how DAO is superior to ME but I don't feel like wasting my time.

Except there's not enough information to believe that Dragon Age 2 is turning into Mass Effect in the first place.

They are two separate franchises, and they will stay that way as two separate teams work on them.

DAO is a true RPG, and I too like ME and ME2 but don't give me ME as cover for DA2, it's not even the same kind of game but hey in this new way fo gaming all games are the same, so hey lets make DA into ME.......no thanks.

While, IMO VO > non-VO, DA > ME. Isometric gameplay >>>>> poor console clone of GoW, which is in itself inferior to most PC shooters. Seriously. ME2 has well polished gameplay, and relatively balanced gameplay, and not-bad-for-console shooter gameplay... but it doesn't have objectively great gameplay. And DA:O does. And DA2 should.

A master troll is one that is so subtle that nearly everyone who isn't a master troll themselves will get angry and argue with them for pages and pages on end without noticing how the troll is responding in a manner that ensures maximum rage.



You can't just come out and say "I AM A TROLL" in the first post man, you're only going to catch the folks who haven't seen trolls before and get called out on your troll status by the fifth person to replay. (And then you only get a 1-2 page thread instead of a 30 page thread of RAAAAGGEEE)

However I dont get why you dont like Mass Effect? I mean I know change is scary but all the changes being made to Dragon Age 2 will make it better. Just relax and wait and see and you will be glad they made the changes.
