What if it turns out that Hawke is actually one of Flemeth's children?

The Game Informer spread apparently says Flemeth will appear in the game and according to the five facts page Hawke lived in Lothering, which is pretty close to the Korcari Wilds.

Didn't Flemeth transform into a giant birde to save the Warden and Alistair at Ostagar?

Morrgian says that, but she also transformed into a giant dragon to kill you with. MAkes you wonder what was real about her. Posted Image

Well... Morrigan can turn into more than one creature. It's possible that Morrigan was lying, but it's also possible that Flemeth can actually turn into a giant bird.

That would take some serious retconning. Morrigan would have had to have been unaware of him, despite him being younger than her.

We don't know Hawke's age yet though.

I thought Flemeth only had/kept
daughters?

I guess she could know some wonky fertility spells to make sure of no sons.

Hawke can be a warrior and a rogue so she could of just abandoned them when she found out she couldn't make use of them. If Hawke is a mage, then she could have just thought the kid was weaker than Morrigan and also abandoned them.

However I did get the impression that Morrigan herself was unaware of a lot of things about Flemeth.

Well apparently flemeth is female. Why would she possess a man's body. I only seeing Flemeth looking at your hawke's talents and skills and say this. You are now my new Puppet! Assuming Direct Control!

Plottwist: Hawke is Flemeth, or at the very least a piece of her. When Flemeth died either because of the Warden in DAO or afterwards because of natural causes, her 'soul' split in as many pieces as creatures she could transform into. These 'soul pieces' were either reborn on their own - creating entities with false memories which may or may not have been based on hers - or entered already existing creatures. Hawke essentially being the bird seen at the Tower of Ishal and dragon lady... well, duh. The rest or a select few of your party, perhaps even the antagonist, may also each be a one of these "chosen".

And when all of them are by chance or by fate gathered at one place, Flemeth will be reborn.

There are two ways this would work. Some how get the real flemeth if she is even human at all still to truly fall in love again with your Hawke. You need to remember that bioware had morrigan tell us the story of Flemeths past.
Or she ends up consuming your hawke's soul like many man in her famous tales of the wilds.

After Flemeth falls in love with my Hawke can I then sell her to a noble for lots and lots of gold?

I think Hawke will be the lost child you help in Lothering in DA:O. Bioware has said that Hawke was in Lothering at the same time as the Warden but didn't say how old he was.

A yes a star wars easter egg has been implemented into the game Only its like this:

Flemeth:
HAWKE!

Hawke: (Breathes hard)

Flemeth: I am your mother!

Hawke: No that is not true.

Flemeth: Search your feelings and believe them to be true.

Hawke: NAHHHHHNOOOOOOOO!

*sigh*

Hawke isn't necessarily a male.  Yet once again, almost everyone assumes that.

Also, note how Hawke's right arm seems to morph into a bird's claw, like how dragon lady's arm transformed into a dragon one.

And no, no way an armor would somehow normally have a claw like that.
