I think it was pretty clear in Origins that more was going on with Flemeth than we (or Morrigan) knew. Also, IIRC, Morrigan was the only party member we couldn't kill somehow. Hence, I do think that tale will be touched on here. If it is isn't advanced here, then it will be in a subsequent game.
I wanted to kill Morrigan really badly when she offered Cousland that vile ritual. Honestly, I would have chopped her head of on the spot if the game would have let me, so I do feel there is a reason Bioware let her live.

In the end, Morrigan is probably going to be the Warden's only hold on an actual event following Denerim/Awakening. I think she will most definitely be adressed in some DLC, maybe. Anyways, she has a bunch of mystery surrounder her as she doesn't seem to be up to any good--either in Orlais or with the baby. I get a feeling that the February date might be what ends our Warden's quest with a final encounter with Morrigan.

I've posted what, to me., is the most obvious answer to where we will meet Flemeth, but noone seems to like that one.
