An armour system like Shepard's in ME2, but with a ton more options.
.
No way!
Care to say why? The main reason why people dislike that system is because of the few options available. Which is why I included the "More options".
It's more realistic to upgrade your current suit of armour than just bin it when you get a new set.

How do you update a steel plate armor or an iron helm? By adding bowties and frills?

Realistic is exactly what ruins many new games. I like the armours system in Bioware games ( xcept ME2) cos its fun getting new armour and equipment. In ME2 it was boring, it was like i wasnt playing an RPG, i hated having no armour and inventory system.

yes masseffect2 was one of the best Action Adventure games of the generation and I really enjoyed it but what bioware did with masseffect 2 (more action less RPG) really didin't work for me, beacuse I love pure RPG games.
I want to say this to bioware guys: please don't mess with RPG elements of the DragonAge, please give us pure CRPG not an Action game with some RPG elements your are the best RPG maker (+Blizzard

Oh hehehehe.
(needs to learn how to quote...)
Co-op play would be interesting. But has a Bioware game ever done this?? The Old republic is one obviously.

Anyways, adding to the wish list, I want a special edition bundled with a fake beard I can put on while playing DA2. That's it.

A DA2 that is DA:O length; not ME2 length.
I love 80+ games, but what is wrong with a 40+ hour game?
nothing wrong with a 40 hour game, but they are following up an 80+ game. people will have high expectations.
the expasnion for the first game was enough of a let down. :/

Co-op is better suited for action oriented games... I mean, do you pause the game while co-oping to customize tactics and stuff. Doesn't seem to work.

No pause in combat would work fine for console players, and PC players would generally be patient enough to wait for their partner(s) to strategize.

this isnt fable, campaign co op would require changing the gameplay style alot. and since people are already afraid and sad about one quote promising some changes, this owuld be a terrible idea.

"hey you know what, im gonna turn everything into a console v pc gamer argument, even when it is in no shape or form relevent"
seriously? GTFO with that.
when i paused dragon age, most of the time it was to go get dinner, or go look up something, or go do something else for a while. i highly doubt ANYONE would want to wait 10, 20, or up to almost an hour or so for me to take care of my other things. even if its just to pause to strategize(wich i did everytime i swiched characters, i had to pause to choose wich abilities etc or potion i wanted to use), NO ONE like playing through, or geting into it, and then having to wait while their partner pauses the game. just imagine playing dragon age, only every 5 seconds the game is paused no matter what, because either you or your partner needs to pause.it would be the worst and most choppy playthrough ever.playing on a pc doesnt make us superior people. your just suffering from ignorance.

The difference is money I am willing to pay, 35$ sure for a 40 Hour game, but don't charge me 60$ thats for a 80 Hour game.

of course pausing will be there, we were discussing why co op wouldnt work. and the biggest point was the pausing.FeanortheBrave wrote...
Gah, I used the pause in combat alot on my PS3 version of the game. It NEEDS to be there

this is another good point. for shorter games, or games i know ill blow through, i wait until the price goes down, or it goes on sale. but for a game i know will last me a while, and ill get tons of enjoyment out of, yeah that i will pay 60+ dollars for.

Nipples!... Well, good Sir Knight, you just won the internets...
Let's add men with hairy chests in sake of medievalistic realism.
