Holy Necro Batman!
(Is 3 months of inactivity enough to call it a thread necro? I'm not entirely sure of the etiquette on this froum)

well gaider said morrigan's tale is not complete, even after witch hunt. she and flemmeth apparently are pivotal characters in the master plan of the series.
you will meet grey wardens in DA2 as well though they're not that important this time around.

Oh no it wasn't. Not by a long shot.

So, Mr. Laidlaw, are you confirming that I DIDN'T stab her to death?

Hmm, so Witch Hunt was not the end of Morrigan's story... But it WAS the end of the Warden's adventures. Is that correct?

You stabbed her once. Who knows what happened? You don't see her die, she just moonwalks into the mirror.

I thought that was pretty clear from the way it was presented.

With my attribute book duped strength stat, one is all it takes. On anything short of the Archdemon.

Morrigan is actually Urthemiel in disguise.
I thought that was obvious...?

Ok, 2 things:
- I like Morrigan as a character, but to be clear, she is only a good character whether you hate her or love her through the view of the Warden- Orlesian or Hero of Ferelden. You bring back Morrigan eventually but write off the Warden, especially if the Warden went through the Eluvian with her, and thats just freakin' cold. Seriously- Morrigan's character development and the choices you make regarding her fate in WH and the DR in general are things that NEED to be dealt with by the Warden if you want them to be at all interesting or emotionally engaging. You simply bring in some new PC to deal with the conclusion to Morrigan's story because the Warden got crushed by rocks or the Plot Hammer and I'm done.
- The whole Morrigan/Flemeth/Warden/Old God Baby thing is the reason I'm still staying interested in DA2. Mike, you announce DA3 or whatever brings back Morrigan with the Warden plus Flemeth and the Old God Baby with the whole "change" thing in high gear and the world at war or whatever it is Hawke is setting the stage for, I'll pre-order like a eleventy zillion copies right now. Right. This. Second. With space cash no less.

You stabbed her. Does everyone with a stab wound die instantly?

I thought I smelled cheese.
Sorry. The knife you bring out in cutscenes doesn't use the strength stat. If you didn't loot a corpse, she's not dead.
