I understand realism, but its a fantasy world. Who cares if they had yellow teeth back then. They had brushes back then. If you want to make it realistic. Make the nobles teeth white at least. They have money for crap like that. MAke the poor people have missing teeth and make your character have white teeth sense you are HaWKE. All hail the HAWKE's smile!
