I'm planning to purchase the new Xbox 360 S and I'm selling my Xbox 360 elite to get a big discount off when buying it. Problem is I wouldnt be able to transfer my data before selling it to get the discount so I plan to transfer my data to a USB Flash drive and transfer my data from that. Im wondering though would Cerberus Network be available on my new 360? is it linked to my account?
Will my Cerberus Network work on my new xbox 360?

from what i read on other forums and from my personal experience the game tells that the data is corrupt even if you re-download everything. also mine tells me its unreadable after the newest update but that could just be me. i did the same thing you are planning and thats what happened to my mass effect 2 so now they are useless discs to me

Just went to EA support chat and they said I should be able to use Cerberus Network freely on my new Xbox 360 as it is linked to my account. This thread can be locked now

They are linked to your account, so you don't need to copy anything besides your saves. My friendly local GameStop will let you either transfer the hard drive right there as part of the purchase (to prove that the hard drive and 360 is in working condition) or just do a straight exchange of the hard drive. You can also get around this by buying an extra 360 HD with the transfer cable.

When logged into Live, you can play anything licensed to your gamertag on any Xbox. If you want to be able to play offline (or have other gamertags on your new Xbox use your licensed games/DLC) you'll need to transfer your licenses from the old Xbox to the new one (once you have it and have logged into your gamertag on it at least once) here:
