well i think there is "love" in their relationship just cuz of how Miranda talks to you i mean i bet we will here i love yous in me3. the only romance idk about is ashley in ME1 it is kinda similar to the speculations if miri and shep are in love. but bottom line i believe they do

NO! :pinched:

Ash already said she loved you in ME2, so I wouldn't be suprised to hear more of it.

Do you think Shepard and Miranda actually LOVED eachother. Basically, they flirted and had sex, that's it. With Thane, Tali, Garrus and Jack, you know they really cared about eachother. Do you think Shepard and Miranda actually loved eachother (that is if you pursued that romance)>

Nah, that was one of most pointless and trashy romances in the game.  She was probably just doing it so she and the illusive man could control Shepard easier.  Oh, and don't think I bought her resigning from cerberus either...

I truly believe there is measureable (sp?) evidence for all of the romances in both games being more than just "flings". I don't think any of them were that shallow.

It used to be love. But then that genetically perfect bubble butt of hers started letting rip with the perfect genetically engineered farts. I'm talking farts so bad that even Urz would slink away and bury his face in Vorcha dung to get a breath of fresh air.

*facepalm*

As for the OP, it depands. Miri's romance has alot of dialog that can lead to two diffrent conclusions. If you just pick all the top dialog it looks more like sex. However pick are you jelous(the best flirting IMHO) don't know, don't care and no promiss's. This does not sound like a fling to me, I know for sure that Joshua Shepard and miri love each other. However I just wished her sex scene was better. The dialog was fantastic but the options lead to diffrent conclusions but her sex scene just plain sucked. It was a slap in the face to us Miri fans who loved her and it hurts her character alot.

Yes the sex scene was horrible. Jack had a better scene, but Miri had the better dialogue imo

Are you talking about the renegade casual sex scene? because the romance scene didn't have any sex from what I've seen.

Agreed!  I felt the dialogue for the relationship was good but the sex scene was basically something out of a porno or a bad fanfic.

All of the LI's love Shepard. Some of them are just more obvious about it than the others (poor Thane)

Shepard is a chick AND dude magnet. It's a blessing and a curse.

I think she downplays the significance because emotional entanglements rob her of the feeling of control she depends on so much. Without that, she feels like the pawn she thought her father tried to make her, and she doesn't want that to happen with a man, particularly.

Miranda's love story really isn't much different from Jack's - she's very damaged, emotionally, due to her experiences, and she struggles with having legitimate feelings for Shepard and acting on them. It's just easier for her to pretend it's meaningless and hormonal.
