I have some idea to improve this game so that this game will be more adaptive to any RPG maniac. Here are some of my idea:
- new game plus, where the player can play new game using their character that already exist and finished the game before.
- random quests, it can be received or found at the chantry board or something, the quests generated randomly, it can be separated in some category, such as monster hunt, Dragon hunt, removing packs or horde of bandits, assasinate a bandit leader (the bandit leader's face, gender, and name are random), help people solving their problem (it's random too, more to puzzle quest), search for a specific artifact (the artifacts are random)
Note: the maximum level for each characters should be more than 25, it can be 99 or 999, the enemy level are equal to the character's level.
- additional to max party member, the player can add the maximum party member up to 6 by gaining a specific skill or ability such as leadership, normal are 4, if the main character can gain the skill leadership to "expert" level, they can add the number of party member up to 6
- each characters have an ability to repel or block enemy attack (shown in animation that the character blocking the enemy attack), the chance is depend on the level of character's "block / parry" ability, it should be a great improvement to the game where until now, there're no PC RPG games have this feature.

That's all I can give to you for improvement of your great game, it will be a pleasure if all my idea being realized to DA2 game, I'll wait for the release for this game, I'm a big fan to DA game series.:D

Starting the game at a high level with or with out your gear pretty much breaks the game.

Only insofar as invisible little numbers dictating the relative power of a character "breaks the game."

-New Game Plus sounds like a great idea, but will the enemies scale with you or are you talking loot only?

-I like the idea of small dungeons and stuff being randomized a bit, but I'd much prefer more personal quests... by that I mean give me a person looking for help and then give me a random dungeon to go into to find the McGuffin of the quest (artifact, person, chest, etc). Heck, make like a DLC with 10 NPCs who need help scattered around the game locations (10 individual smaller quests), give them like 1-2 minutes of dialog total, and just use all the vanilla game resources for the dungeons/locations (keep them small-ish), and have me get some reward like armor or a sword or something and sell it for $3-5 for 10 small quests and I will buy like a dozen packs if they keep making them.  You hear me Bioware?  10 NPCs and a bunch of small dungeons and I will pay money for each pack like this!

-Kinda like Leadership feat in Dungeons and Dragon, getting better at commanding gets you more people under your command on the field... I like the idea.

-not sure how I feel about this one at all honestly.

I think starting only with the looting is fine, but starting with high level is not a problem too, as long as the enemy level are equal to the character's level, it's like the system in Dungeon Siege 2.

About random quest, I think there's no need to put it in the DLC, because what I mean is that every random quests are produced by a generator engine in the game, but, for personal quest it's fine to be put in the DLC, because it needs a unique story, and it's impossible for the generator engine to produce a unique story.

Oww, almost forgot, about the dialog between the player's character and other characters, I think it will be better if it is made just like in Mass Effect, so the main character not just stand still without doing anything, I prefer the main character speaks and acts just like in Mass Effect game. It looks more cinematic.

I would tend to agree with regards to the camera placement and such for Mass Effect be used in DA2... the more static camera in DAO I found to be a detriment to immersion.

As for the random quest generator I don't think it's a bad idea for BW to work in... I'm just not 100% sure it's a great idea either as many people will see it as needless padding. Then again it's not liek you HAVE to do board quests.

Thanks for the respond, the idea for random quest generator is just for some gamer that maybe don't want to play the new game, because he don't want to replay the same story, or maybe he wants to perfect his character's skill.

I really hope BW team will consider my ideas.

I like your ideas, except for the increase of the max party member number.

I just got this idea, it will be good if the character can ride a horse or some other fantasy animal that can be ridden by them, they can get those animal from looting from their enemy, or buying from any stable in any city, it will looks more realistic, traveling by riding a mount will looks more realistic than by walking.

This I like, Tactics were not really useful anyway, a proper LEadership skill that adds companion slots would be much better, the two could even exist seperatedly as who is a charismatic leader doesn't naturally learn how to  be a good strategician or tactician

Why? It would be logical. Number of team members should depend mostly on leadership or charisma of people anyway.

1- It's a game and it's not supposed to be realistic and/or logical.

2-Tactics were useful.

3-I think that 6 party members are hard to manage in a battle.

I think it's not hard at all to manage 6 party members, because I already try manage 13 characters using console command, including loghain, shale, daveth, jory, and all recruitable characters, and it's very easy to control them, it's depends on your tactical management, if you use it properly, it's very easy, even in nightmare level, I don't have any trouble in controlling them.

I know it's a game, but, shouldn't a game getting closer to reality as the technology progress? It should be more looks like real.
