Yes, but quite frankly that's far from intuitive or user-friendly, even without considering the resource export bug forcing people to hex edit the translation flags.

As far as Tlk editing goes, you can simply export the foreign table in the toolset and then use third party editors to work on them. Or via the toolset, but well, as I said : the toolset is awful at tlk editing...

Yes, my idea was to just extract some txt or something, or a tlk that other people can use to translate and then send it over... and then do something easy like "put this file in this folder and voilá!". <--- would it be like this to install the new translation or do I need to do something in the toolset? :-/
Will check all that. :-)
Thanks!

For that purpose you may want to check Anakin5's (him again ? ^_~) toolkit, it makes translators life easier since they can simply work on an excel file and have other languages strings at hand for easy reference.

If you have a lot of strings you didn't keep track of (and seeing how large your Gilmore addon dialogs are, you prolly do >.>) you can have a look at DAOTlkEdit to create that excel file. It's a nifty tool able to export the talktables in various formats.

something in the toolset?
As long as the foreign talktable are properly named, they should be loaded automatically by the engine. You'll "only" have to fix the exported dlg / uti / etc with Anakin's flagpatcher (or doing the flag editing by hand if you can't sleep at night) and it should work easily for the end-players.
