To make this clearer to you, I'm 23. I would say I'm pass my prime...

Reading this, I don't know what to say, so being more than 30 would make anyone an oldtimer now? :P

It may vary between individuals but 23 is a bit young. Consider professional athletes, most of them don't retire at 25, although you won't find many athletes in their late 30s.

Given the fact that the game is supposed to span over ten years it would be nice to play from youth until maturity, meaning from 20-25 to 30-35. Characters in DAO are young adults so it would make sense if Hawke started out under 25.

No no no... you didn't read my post if you think thats what I meant.

Lets say 10 years from now (I'd be 33, duh!), I look at myself and go "Wishpig time to get inshape!" Then I go to the gym 5 days a week, eat extremeley healthy, and get into the best shape of my life. That is very possible. At 33 I could be in much better shape then I am now.

BUT being past my physical prime just means it would be harder then if I tried to get a six pack at this age.

You get what I mean?

I consider 30's young.

Yeah well of course it takes more effort when you get older. I didn't get what you actually meant. ^_^

But it's a bit beside the point if you don't mind my saying so as like you said someone could be fit at 33 (or more, gee I'm not that old, I'm only 32). If we consider an adventurer living in a rough medieval setting, he/she would have to be in shape and pretty tough to begin with so age wouldn't ve such an issue until the late 40s... (I'm thinking a heroic character like Conan -as a king Conan was still very strong although he lost some of his agility).

That's when experience kicks in. Since the game is going to be narrated (if I got this right) it means we will be looking at a younger version of Hawke from a more mature perspective and that is an interesting way to treat the story.

I'm more interested in how big a time skip between dragon age 1 & 2 than Hawke's actual age

To which i'd guesstimate at about 20+ years leading into bout 30+ years total, suddenly i'm not too hopeful bout meeting my grey warden companions ever again in DA2 >__>;

31-35 = True male age . When we're in our prime and look like male

When we're in our prime and look like a male?

Sounds to me like your a 35 year old trying to make themself feel better about their age... well your kidding yourself.

20's is your physical and mental prime...

And I had a beard since I was f*in 16 so I've looked like a male for a long long time.

This is not true.

Your physical peak is inevitably at 28, you then have the same athletic potential at 60 that you do at 18, it all just depends on how much work you put in.

No, it is not.

Anyway, 20-30 would be a nice decade to span across for LadyHawke.

Ya it is 18 to early (sometimes mid) 20's IS your prime. That isn't to say you can't be in better health when you 35 compared to when you were 25. It's just that age is when it starts to become harder to learn/gain muscle mass/ect. Of course this is also something that can really vary between people.

Do some research if ya don't beleave me. You'll find the stuff that says your prime can be in your 30's is missing the point of what prime is and/or trying to sell you something.

To make this clearer to you, I'm 23. I would say I'm pass my prime... however this does not mean I can't still get into the best shape of my life... it means it would be harder to do that then when I was 18.

Of course you learn a lot  and faster when you're 20 .Because you're stupid. So all you do it's learning Posted Image .

I guess it really depends on when the game start at Lothering or years afterword
