Is it possible to hide the other forums? I don't have any interest in reading the other game forums and it would be helpful if I could simply hide them.

So we're forced to move to a set of forums that have fewer features? I don't know how I feel about that.
I also noticed I can't put links to our forums in my signature. Is that also not possible?

If you only want the NwN1 forums, go to the bar above the "Post Reply" and "Subscribe" buttons. It should say:
Forum Home >> Neverwinter Nights 1> NwN1 General Discussion
Click the section you want to visit, like Neverwinter Nights 1 and this will take you to the Mani NwN 1 forum. Then bookmark this page. This will prevent you from needing to see the Dragon Age, Mass Effect, etc forums.

Or a NWN Custom Content project category? I mean, while I don't intend moving away from the vault it may be useful if anyone comes back to NWN from the other games on the social site.
