When playing my second Warden (ie; Circle mage), I planned the final outcome from the start. My RP motivation was that I had the gift of intelligent insight, and could read people well enough to act as though I had precognition. And it all fell into place, like I was the leader of MIF (ie; Mission Impossible Force).

It is good to be the King; even better to be the power behind the throne.

My first character was a dwarf commoner, so my first satisfying moment came rather fast when i won in the provings. And then in the end when i was declared paragon (after dieing, but nevertheless). Nice what worthless scum can do, isn't it?
But i can't wait to kill Howe with my Human Noble. Can't play until the weekend, but i am right before the Landsmeet quests. Let my party kill his minions, put them on hold and cut this bastard into little pieces.
Oh, and executing Loghain is always a moment that makes my day. This whole game is full of satisfying moments.

My Human Noble S&S used the family shield to crush his head. Shale would have been pleased. My female Noble 2H listened to his dying words, amd agreed and hit him again

So far, killing Arl Howe for the same reasons everybody else chose. Pretty sure I got a decapitation slow-mo, as well, which was awesome.

I'm playing through with a mage and a City Elf warrior now, and so far nothing to write home about on the mage front, but on the City Elf front, however...

*SPOILERS BELOW*

killing that little **** who raped Shiani felt pretty damn good.

It isn't something grandiose, it was in the dungeon at howe... my mage was alone with 6 enemies and with a combination of spells I took them all down without blinking. It was very impressive and fullfilling.
That and killing flemeth because I wanted to do it for a long time (curse you morrigan!) and always seemed to be low level.

The crowning moment of awesome for my city elf wasn't massacring the shems in the Arl's palace. It was telling Cailan about it. Seeing his double take to her comment was and is simply priceless.

At the Lake Calenhad docks, when Caroll asked my DC to prove that she was a GW, "Kill some darkspawn or something!"  The dialogue options "Being a Grey Warden isn't something you do, it's something you are" jumped off the screen, crystallized the theme of that playthrough, and served as a major transformative moment.  It came far enough into the game that it felt believable (to me) but with enough play time left for the character to settle into, and own, her new identity.

You do know that Harrowmont is the evil option for the dwarves right?  The worst possible scenario for the Dwarves is Harrowmont King and side with Branka and keep the Anvil.  Its quite a bit funnier playing a Dwarf Noble and being "good" so Bhelen frames you for murder then returning and championing him to be King still.

But most satisfying moment?
Having my Dog and I kill Wynn and Leilana after defiling the ashes and having a fulll romance with Leilana on my "Evil / Ruthless Playthrough"

How is Harrowmont evil? i know he is not as good in being a ruler than Bhelen, but he less "evil" then Bhelen i think. i HATE Bhelen he is a tyrant and a murderer. A question: if Harrowmont becomes king he will die later in the epiologue right? does ur dwarwen noble become king/queen then?

Hmmm good question.

I chose Harrowmont but I was human.

IIRC in the epilogue it said that after his death strife at the assembly resumed... (again if I remember it correctly...)

Read the Epiloges, Harrowmont PERSONALY is not as Evil as Bhelen and Bhelen is not EVIL hes Ruthless theres a big difference.  Bhelen is the better ruler and is best for the Dwarves as they dont get screwed.
If you wanna completly ruin and screw over all the Dwarves, Make Harrowmont King, Side with Branka and keep the Anvil intact and help Brother Burkle make a Chantry and sending Danga to study with the mages.
Orzammar

  • If Harrowmont becomes king, he further isolates
Orzammar from the surface world. Harrowmont will eventually die -
suggested he could not handle dwarven political infighting anymore, or
    he was poisoned.
  • If The Warden destroyed the Anvil of the Void, a group of
Dwarves will try to recreate it from the remains. The first golem they
create is animated by a spirit taken from the Fade. It goes berserk,
killing many, and further research is banned. Interest in reopening
    Caridin's research never wanes, however.
  • Siding with Harrowmont and recovering the Anvil of the Void
will also lead to a decline after initial success. Harrowmont will
discourage trade with the surface, leading to further isolation. In
addition, after Harrowmont refuses Branka more volunteers for the Anvil,
she will begin raiding the surface world for the needed ingredients.
Eventually the surface world will retaliate, and some of Orzammar's
tunnels will collapses in a battle - cutting off all access to the
surface. This also happens even if the Dwarf Warden requests human
military aid from Queen Anora in battling darkspawn in the deep roads.
  • Siding with Bhelen and preserving the Anvil is greeted with
cheers and celebration, at first, until Branka refuses to produce golems
solely for the king which results in Bhelen launching his forces
against her fortress in the Deep Roads. After years of siege, this
proves fruitless as the fort is protected by a legion of golems making
    it impregnable.
  • Siding with Bhelen and destroying the Anvil
will cause Orzammar to come into a new age of prosperity at the expense
of a dictatorship. Bhelen strengthens Orzammar's ties with the surface
world. He also grants casteless greater rights and privileges in
exchange for fighting the darkspawn. This policy allows Orzammar to
reclaim lost territory, but it upsets the noble and warrior castes.
After several failed assassination attempts, he dissolves the Assembly
    and rules alone.
  • If The Warden helped Brother Burkel near the Tapster's and
convinced the Shaper to grant him the right to preach his sermons to
others, he will end up converting quite a few souls to the Chantry. The
majority of the rigid dwarven populace will not react well to this, and
Burkel is killed while resisting arrest. With his death, the Chantry
itself will then consider leading an Exalted March on the dwarves to avenge
this perceived slight upon their religion. It is unknown if they ever do
go through with this, however, as it is only suggested during the
    ending credits.
  • If The Warden helps Dagna
join the Circle of Magi, she will later author a comprehensive theory of
    how lyrium
vapors relate to the supply of magic. It gains a great deal of
attention and inspires mages from other parts of Thedas
to establish a new circle in Orzammar itself, one that has ready access
to dwarven lyrium... and lies outside the chantry's power completely.
The willingness of Orzammar to harbor Apostates
sparks outrage that begins whispers that the Divine is contemplating a
new Exalted march. A Magi Warden who requests that the tower be returned
to the mages and helped Dagna will not include the last line.
  • If The Warden sided with the Templars in the Circle of Magi
quest, informing Dagna of the destruction of the Circle causes her to
go and immediately help rebuild the tower.
  • If the Dwarf Noble Warden makes the ultimate sacrifice,
Alistair or Anora (depending on who becomes king/queen) tells Gorim that
The Warden's body shall be returned to Orzammar to be returned to the
stone next to the late King Endrin Aeducan with rights restored.
Alistair/Anora also sends soldiers to help the dwarves battle the
    Darkspawn.
I love how the writers of this game really light and stoke the fires of personal prejudice against people personaly in Dragon Age and players ignore whats more important, The People and Kingdoms or Themselves?

Without partaking in Morrigan's ritual to create an evil Old God child, killing the Archdemon as my Player Character.

Leaves Alistair or Anora behind to rule and made the Warden valiant to last. It felt complete.

On my first playthrough the landsmeet was against me because i didn't even try to help convince them, but on my second playthrough when the landsmeet was with me and loghain got pissed and started yelling at them and then skipping the battle and going straight to the duel was the most satisfying moment.

Quite interesting post about the dwarf endings. I have in all my playthroughs always destroyed the anvil and always sided with Harrowmont simply because they - in my view - are presented as the good options. In my current playthrough my human noble warrior will see through this and side with Bhelen, not sure about the golems though. I'm thinking still destroy the anvil since a King/Noble shouldn't want to inflict that kind of pain on his populace.

Anyway to the OP question - there are so many:

- First moment was the finishing move on the ogre in the tower of Ishal.

- Second was probably my first dragon fight and kill, it was the High Dragon.

- Third I would say experiencing Leliana sing after the Dalish quest. Not big moment, but it felt vry serene somehow (for lack of a better word)

- Fourth was experiencing the entire Landsmeet. I just enjoyed that whole scene and the dialogue, very political

Now a couple of event stand out for me:

- The Landsmeet is still something I look forward to every time.

- Killing Howe as a human noble is also high on my list

- The entire city elf and dwarf noble origins are just amazing stories to me (the dwarf noble for the intrigue, and the city elf for the tragedy)

- Also I enjoy the assault on Ostagar by the Darkspawn very much (the cinematic)

Only one playthrough so far as human male warrior

Most satisfying moment - finally catching up to and killing that rat bastard Arl Howe.

Couple of other moments that stand out are:

- the fight with High Dragon where Leli got the killing blow after everyone else went down

- after getting my butt handed to me by Gaxkang a couple of times, I went back with Morrigan, Wynne and Shale. Both Morrigan and Shale went down, Wynne got them both back up but Gax ganked Morrigan before she could get clear. I switched Shale to regen support mode and with Wynne healing and a few potions, I was able to ever so slowly wear Gax down.

Watching the Banter between Sten and Dog if they are chosen to come rescue you from the keep after your captured/surrender.
