I purchased a cerberus network code from ebay and i activated it and when i try to access it, it says i must activate it and when i re type in the code it says code is already in use. i checked my bioware account and checked my registered game promotions and it only shows the cerberus network activated for pc how do i activate it for my xbox 360?

It seems you've been scammed, if I have interpreted your info correctly. Someone's sold you a used code, under the pretense that "they haven't used it". I'm really sorry to hear about this, if I'm right because scammers make me sick.

yeah i think i got scammed =( but what i dont understand is why did i get the cerberus network addons for pc but not xbox 360?

yeah i contacted them they sent me the code for the cerberus network because i requested them to send me the code when i bought one of the cerberus cards from him

it sounds like you didn't read the fine print clearly and it costed you... next time when something is available on xbox live it might be wiser to get it that way instead of ebay

the code only works for one, so the guy lied to you... try bringing up with EA support see if they can change it to 360, had a similar problem with the blood dragon armor where the guy said it was for 360 and it was actually ps3... they corrected it

click the bioware game support link under help at the bottom of this page and it should take you to it. but dont mention that you bought it off ebay... just say that the code you got with the game was for the wrong system

well then i guess you're sol there buddy... you can get cerberus network for just 1200 microsoft points off the xbox live marketplace though,
