SWTOR and Mass Effect 3 being released? Come on guys, you'll have a lot of empty space for gaming development.

This game got such excellent critical reception, this is a very underrated game, that we need to see more of.

We got our very first character epilogues, a wonderfully developed intellectual property, we saw the first codex entries (the scrolls you could discover) that painted a fascinating world we really should see more of.

Alright I have some good info for us Jade Empire Fan's. Supposedly the Lead designer said "They would love to make another Jade Empire game", Its near and dear to our hearts". This article came out this year 2011 Most of the articles I found came out this year. Some came out this month. Another guy that was with Bioware said "that they have Jade Empire 2  games design codes, this post was made in 2008. He said they were working on it in 2006-2007. What game would it  be That took priority, "Dragon aged Origins". I read something back in 2008 that Bioware Took a bunch of their Animater's. And had put them on the DAO project. And another article  Ign talk's about "Jade Empire 2. And that the two most priority games  will be done,  Mass Effect 3 and Star Wars The old republic. What game do you think they will start to make". hhhhhmmmm Myself I think it will be Jade Empire 2. I think both Jade Empire 2 and Dragon Aged 3 will be their next Bread and butter Franchises. If they do make a new Jade Empire 2 they should wait till tey can make it on the new Xbox 720. Better graphics and you'll have more in game experiences. 
If they do make it they better do a great job  Adverttising it. that's why ther first one had so many game of the year awards from Ign and game informer, The first was a 9.9 rating on Ign. Ign said when ever they do make a new one it will be a 10+ rating. When ever they Do I probably will faint. Jade Empire has the best  Martial art's/Ancient chinnesse weapons gameplay. That's why I wrote this Article. Have a great year.

Jade Empire 2? Sorely desired, Bioware!  Maybe they can explore the demon angle.  Not mch was done with them in the first one.

Please make another Jade Empire. Its my favorite game by Bioware (this is coming from a HUGE Mass Effect fan too) and I still play the game and listen to the soundtrack to this day.

Jade Empire 2 would be a dream come true.

I played Jade Empire on Xbox and the revamped PC version. As someone who loves and has watched countless Martial Arts films I have to say that JE was very enjoyable. Sure it had it's issues but overall very entertaining with a great story, characters and of course Kung-Fu fights! It was also a very beautiful game to look at. As far as I know the game was a success for BioWare so I see no reason why they shouldn't do a sequel. I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

Mind you I'll always want more Mass Effect too, but if you can forget about doing a Dragon Age 3 for awhile I'm sure a Jade Empire 2 would be fantastic for all involved.

Personally I'd prefer if they let Mass Effect rest for a while after ME3 and Focus on DA3 and JE2.

I would love a Jade Empire 2 game. But I think Bioware should finish up current projects. Mass Effect 3 and its DLC's, and wrap up the Dragon Age saga, hopefully learning to avoid the rushed mistakes of the second game (which I actually do enjoy, just nowhere near as much as the first) Once those are taken care of, Focus all efforts on giving us the best Jade Empire sequel imaginable.

I wouldn't say its the best Bioware game out there there's many great games made by Bioware (I own just about every one) But they should have taken JE the way they did DA2 and left DA2 to a classic baldur's gate feel. Anywho JE would be a great game to take into a full action style game while they return DA to its roots.

Bioware has some great franchises they just don't seem to be executing them properly or not using some at all (no more ME, Star Wars licence just sitting there ... minus SWTOR, DA going acton RPG, NWN doing nothing, Baldur's Gate has been dead for awhile too)

A sequel for JE definitely should be combat focused with combos, grabs/throws, and specials alike. (context sensitive cinematic kill shots would be welcome as well) Notes should be taken from Vindictus as well their combat system is top notch for a F2P MMOActionRPG

I just played Jade Empire special edition earlier this year but I love it and would definitely buy a sequel (provided that it is a single-player game). It doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the player character in the first game as long as it was set in the same world and had a similar "feel" to it.

Jade Empire was great, I sure do miss the change of setting. I could use another RPG (better yet, a non-action RPG with PlaneScape or BG2 style roleplaying) set in the universe (it need not be a sequel).
