Favorite: Soldier just because I get every type of weapon. For some reason, I just cant imagine Shepard as being any other class.
Least Favorite: Adept, not really sure why though.

1.) Vanguard
2.) Soldier
3.) infiltrator
Haven't played the other 3 enough yet so I can't really comment

Could there by any chance be a poll for this? Is there already one?
Tie for favorite between Adept & Infiltrator. The Widow is so satisfying, but so are pull/warp combos.

1. Vanguard - simply the most fun class to play for me, Heavy Charge + blast from Claymore is priceless and never gets old for me
2. Soldier - much improved from ME1, awesome gameplay, weapons and ammo for every situation, can be played very aggressively with Adrenaline Rush
3. Sentinel - Assault Armor + Shotgun + Heavy Warp Ammo = Vanguard lite with benefits (Overload, Warp, Throw), fun to play
4. Infiltrator - feels like nerfed Soldier, do not like the cloak very much, headshots can be easily done with Soldier too, but Soldier also does more damage and has more weapons and ammo types. AI Hacking sucks.
5. Engineer - can be fun at times, but does not offer any unique ability; probably the best class for removing defenses using only powers, but I got bored of this class pretty soon
6. Adept - must rely on squadmates too much, boring gameplay for me, I do not use/enjoy Warp explosions.

1) Soldier. I find it fun to swiftly change weapons and ammo to adapt to every possible situation.
2) Adept. It needs some creativity to set up nice attacks, but i like that. But i play it only on Veteran, it gets tiresome on higher difficulties.
3) Infiltrator. I love sniping, but i hate running out of ammo with this guy.
4) Vanguard. Fun, but i'm not very good at it.
5) Engineer. Nuker with the tactical plaything called drone. I like it, but it sometimes gets a little boring.
6) Sentinel aka Engineer without drone aka Soldier without need to aim. It's still fun to play, but you just throw warp and overload on the enemies and get little pain.

Most favorite: Infiltrator. I like to pop headshots with the Sniper Rifle.
Least favorite: Vanguard. I'm not a fan of close combat.

Favorite: Vanguard. Biotic Charge is a fantastically useful ability, and with the DLC Cerberus shotgun, the Vanguard can pack a punch.
Least favorite: Soldier. Nothing but a walking armory. You're just going to pick one gun and stick with it, so why not pick a class that specializes in that gun, and has other, more interesting abilities?

Hmm, serial use of widow is satisfying, serial use of Andrelaine Rush/Revenant is satisfying, serial use of Charge/Shoty/melee is satisfying and yes pull / warp and some other combos yer are also satisfying.
For me, serial use (spamming) hacking and combat drone are not satisfying.

1) Vanguard - my favorite ME1 class and let's face it, they're badass in ME2
2) Infiltrator - my first ME1 class and for some reason the time dilation with the sniper makes me feel awesome
3) Adept - I know they suck on Insanity but I usually play on normal and they are hella fun
4) Soldier - nice weapon variety but fairly lackluster otherwise, not a terribly fun class to play imo
5) Sentinel - not very fun to play, too focused on defense and shield stripping abilities, very useful, just not fun
6) Engineer - never been too gung-ho about tech abilities in ME 1 or 2, not a bad class, but again just not very fun
These are just my opinions on enjoyability of the different class playstyles, not necessarily their combat prowess.

Infiltrator is my favourite, not just the sniping but using the cloak to flank and take out enemies close up or CQA as the pro's call it.
Least favourite is the adept, it's useless on more difficult modes and things die before you've had your fun on easy mode. Adept fans try pull + heavy slam it's funny as hell.

The vanguard will always be my favorite.
Having issues? Low on shields? In the red?
The solution: lock on to the nearest hostile and charge directly into it.
The other classes have their advantages, but I never played the engineer that much.

In this order:
1) Sentinel - First class, and most durable class.
2) Engineer - Goddamn Combat Drone + Shotgun is so much fun. Also loved tech powers.
3) Vanguard - Being able to solo a Colossus on your own is pretty sweet.
4) Adept - Biotics are great, but in ME2 it just becomes warp spam. Boring
5) Infiltrator - Haven't played it much, but the Assassination Cloak isn't my thing.
6) Soldier - I fall asleep when I play this class. Really.

In ME my first choice was Adept and Engineer was 2nd to last. In ME2 it switched. Engineer is my 1st choice, love that drone and Adept is 2nd to last. Soldier is my last choice, I do like sniper rifles though like them very very much.
