I hope to see her starting out as a teenager and moving into her late twenties throughout the game. Which would definitely mean some physical changes (moving from gangly teenager to Champion of Kirkwall)

10 years doesn't need to lead to any dramatic changing. A few wrinkles there, a grey hair here
bigger boobs...
Agreed!
I think Dragon Age has got the best "No-Clothes-Equiped" model out of any other RPG

I think that depends Hawke's age at the beginning of the game. If he starts as age 35 or 40, they're could definitely be a visible change. If Hawke starts out young, then it's OK if there is not much change in appearance(not that there shouldn't at least be SOME change in his appearance). I doubt it would be much of a problem. But I hope they at least try to have the companions age as well. Just as long as I can see a difference between how he'll look at the beginning of the game and how he'll look ten years later.

I hope that you can have one romantic interest in the beginning of the tens years.. but them dump them for a younger model at the end (because of sagging assets)... muah ha ha ha ha

That would have the potential to be pretty cool, adding and reinforcing the sense of time to the game. I don't think I'd like drastic changes, but subtle ones could be interesting.
Though, if we're customizing our characters, wouldn't it have to be some type of constant shared among all characters in order to be changed (or the change itself)? If there are time jumps, I suppose we could make the changes ourselves, although I do think that that could be slightly awkward.
Edit: I guess scars could fill that role. Or, hair color could change, depending on what age Hawke is. If he starts as a teenager, though, I doubt his hair would change much, if at all.

Well, considering that this is Bioware we are talking about, we can be certain that DA 2's ten year story arc will be very stressful for Hawke. I think it would be a neat mechanic to see the story figuratively "write" creases and scares into Hawke's face. I think that would be a powerful way to convey to players just what they put their hero through during the course of the game.

Hmm, I wonder if tattoo's could fade with time on our BeardHawkes along with the obvious features of getting old (they should also totally slow charecter movement at the end of those ten years. Swords take longer to swing, butt kicking takes longer and you start talking to hamsters)

I prefer not. I hated that in the original Fable.

Given that you can change the complexion of your character, this isn't likely. Still, there should be SOME wrinkles. I'm for haircuts in game though
