I have the digital CE with several bonus items and have been playing through several origins before choosing which one to make my first play through with.

Origin SPOILERS AHEAD!!!

The plot with the dwarf warrior origin ends up stripping me of all the items that are available when you start  (3 rings and some armor) - do these appear again at some point ?

(They did not do so prior to the big battle at Ostagar or immediately after the battle).

No, with the Noble you have to save, disable DLC, force load, save again, re-enable DLC, then load again...due to the Jail event taking away your gear.

this happened to alot of ppl....

You have to get past the part where u loss ur stuff. save. leave the game and go into DLC. turn off ur DLC. go back into the game. keep playing a lil bit more or w/e. save. and then turn ur DLC back on....should be in ur inventory.
