So pay attention to that and I am willing to bet you'll find it's a bit less willy nilly than you believed.

The reason the stickies don't stand out is b/c every topic has an icon. So who's the forum wizard!?

4. I have to wade through a bunch of forums that I have no interest in. Isn't there a way to jump to a section easily?

And it's not just the boards, I still love Bioware but I now find myself frowning at more and more Bioware decisions whereas in the past I never disliked anything they did. I don't know, I know things change but I'm so tired of all these great, successful independent companies that sell to larger companies who are more interested in making a quick buck. I mean come on, Bioware has never ever been in a hurry to put anything out and it seems like they've got more projects going on now than in their whole career span. I don't know if that's a good thing and only time will tell. I hope it is because the talent is still there but now they have to deal with the pressure of a new boss instead of being their own boss.

6. Does this switch affect the accounts used to play NWN2 online? Our accounts on the old bioware forums were linked to the login accounts. Is it the same situation here? Is there any affect on the current accounts used? Will our old accounts be transferred?
Any word on this?

The upshot of this is that you should be totally okay with how it stands (other than being able to have some sort of listing of your games in any official display capacity.)

The problem with these forums its hard to code certain features. Everyone on here is pretty nice and treat each other with respect. I've been on these forums sense January and I've come to call this site home now. I really hope you all can enjoy yourself here. I'm being a positive vibe here. Bioware just needs to fix the searching of forums really. I'm glad they have a search bar, because when I first got on they didn't. At least they are slowly upgrading. Please give it a chance. I'm glad you all are here because I get to talk to people who have the same game as me. I wanted to go to your old site. I just didn't want to have to many accounts. Things get a little heck tick in my head. I've got so many passwords already. Just kind of glad you all are coming here. =)
Thank you for the warm welcome.

And another gripe about the forum: The new posts are not working. People can post new stuff and it's supposed to show up as yellow on the forum icon so I can see that there are new posts. This happens SOMETIMES and sometimes it doesn't. Today there were a ton of new posts and most of them were STILL marked as read by me. This makes it very, very much a pain to navigate through all the stuff I have already read and find the new content. Is this just me or does it happen to everyone?

These are issues of data tracking as far as I can see. I am not sure how to even have that set of issues addressed other then to ask them to check their database structure and optimize it, or something... Still, one more slightly frustrating annoyance to add to that side of the scale.
