I'd like to see Isabella. She's a pirate, she travels around... I wouldn't be surprised if we did meet her.  Maybe Sgt. Kylon too.  The guy seems too cool to be just a city guard sgt.

Here's one that probably know one has thought of: the crazy Chasind guy at Lothering. I actually want him to appear at the beginning of the game because I want to know more about the Chasind. I mean, Hawke did live in Lothering after all.

Other characters would be Armaas, Wade, and Herren.

Hawke sounds like a Chasind name to me.  They seem the sort for having a Native American sort of naming system.

bring back the one most intergal NPC in the Dragon Age universe THE BAD ASS DUNCAN BERAD even though its on your face you can romance it but when you meet the Evil Barber in Kirckwall The BA-DB will scarafice it self to save Hawke from baldness then you only get the SUPER MANLY BEARD

I could probably come up with a much better list, if I weren't partially stunned by the fact that anybody wants the Lothering bandits back (and that the NL actually just won an all-star game) I've probably done Lothering like 25-30 times and I think I let the leader (just the leader) go one time, just to see what would happen. Otherwise I always take out that garbage.
