Is this compatible with Tony K's AI mod?

Yes. I use Tony K's with every module and I've never had a problem. The unmoded game uses some of its features after all.

Also, what are the best/preferred UI mods for a 23" 1920x1080 widescreen monitor?

Try Tchos' widescreen mod.

Is anyone else struggling as much as I am to download these? 6 times I've tried to download part 2, and 6 times it's failed. I'm hoping it's due to the massive amounts of server traffic, and that it'll die down eventually.

Argh. Why didn't I copy and save the renaming instructions this morning when I started the downloads? :unsure:
Now the information seems to be gone and I have the old (not renamed) files.

Can anyone please tell me what the correct name for the six old files would be?
I'd rather like to avoid spending ~8 hours downloading the new files. :?

<counting...>

If the prefix is identical and ended with consecutive numbers, most decompressors work.
I.e just rename them bgr_1, 2, etc :-)

And another probably idiotic question (I remember asking this before but can't seem to find the answer or eventhe question anymore):

"Heya there,
I'm about to overwrite the campaign etc folders with the ones included in the download.
The BGR files contain a dialog.tlk as well though which is troubling me a bit.

Maybe
I'm just missing the point but wouldn't overwriting the "original"
dialog.talk" with the downloaded one render the original campaigns, the
IWD remake campaign and perhaps even the custom files of the persistent
worlds I'm playing on useless?

In other words: if I install those
files into my NWN2 directory, will I be able to play the mentioned
campaigns/PW's still?"

(Have asked this in the Nexus forum as well - yes, I am paranoid about perhaps screwing something up and having to re-install NWN2 and all the campaigns/pw files/custom campaigns again.... )

As for installing the new files...does the old version need to be uninstalled first? If so, how would I do that?

@Irvin:

If you have other dialog.tlk files, just rename and/or move them while you play BGR. This module uses Kaedrin's pack and has a few custom feats, so you won't see the descriptions without the required dialog file.

Hey guys, I have a question regarding the nexus. Since I do not have an acc there which membership option would suffice for the download?

Yup the nexus has been choosen beceause it's 100% free.

You can dowload without paying anything. But i think you need to make an account. Probably for proctecting the site from bots who would abuse it.

 Is anyone else seeing that the unzipped version of the files don't seem to match the install instructions?  I've tried unpacking the files using WinRar and 7Zip and both give me different folders in each zip then the install pictures.

Is there some magical way I'm supposed to be unpacking these files?

module ine module directory, the campaign folder in campaign folder, haks in haks, and so on....

Modules are
BG_*
TOSC_*

Campaign folder is BGR

there is nothing tricky to do with BGR install.

The issue specifically is that unpacking all six archives gives me duplicate folders. Are there archives that are higher priority that I should overwrite?  They are not opening/unpacking how the instructions say they should.

I'm pretty savey when it comes to NWN2 files and where they go. ;)

Is it only the folders, or are the files inside them duplicated too? If the former, merging them shouldn't be a problem... no¿?

yup merging them shouldn't be a problem, but is probably useless...

<merging...>

If you extract each part seperatly (or "Extract to */" then it will create duplicate folders when the folder is present in each part. Try "Extract here" :-)

I actually put all parts into a temp folder and "Extract here" then copy over... works.

the modules directory contains the modules but not the same one,

Basically what you need to do is to put the content of those directory in the NWN2 directory with the same name. Except for the tlk that needs to be under NWN2 folder if I am not wrong.

NWN2/modules/BG_A for exemple once the install is complete.

Yeah, that's normal. For example, the Campaign folder is split into several zips, but they're all part of the same folder. If you're asked to override the folders, but not the files inside them, everything's OK.

Edit: So what's the correct version? The files which description say "don't download", or the others, which name is "don't download"?

it seems that the correct files are those labelled don't download, that upload is a real mess.
