I didn't miss it. Valve haven't done a new game since Left 4 Dead (Sorry, but L4D2 is a glorified expansion pack).Eshme wrote...
Oh you must have missed the Engineer update for TF2 this week ^^ Unless you want a new game because its a new game, TF2 ever has been updated for free.
£20 (PC version) for 12hrs+ of replayable content? Sorry, but I'd call that a good deal in today's market - especially when you have titles like BioShock 2 lumbering about with a 7-8hr single player campaign and a very mediocre multiplayer for 150% of the price (£30 release price for PC).Eshme wrote...
just throwing that out where i said that poopie awakening is 40€ but that wasnt my idea.

I predict that if EA does mess up Bioware, they will say all is well. If EA does not mess up Bioware, they will say all is well.Gambient wrote...
I want to see someone from BioWare reply to this thread.

I predict that a Bioware representative will either say 'end of line' or 'finita la musica'.

It's not like Bioshock 2 is the only one, Metro 2033 wasn't 10 hours, either, minus the multiplayer part. Awakening wasn't that hot compared content wise to Origins, but compared to many full price titles it was very solid.

Indeed! And not to mention Awakening has a few different ways the story can unfold beyond the "multiple ending" scenario you often get with games, increasing replayability a bit more than your average game. Then there's doing it with other characters/classes etc, and it just works out to being a good buy.Merci357 wrote...

The founder of Bw is on the Board of Directors for Ea. Just throwing that out there.
Maybe we should replace ruining with running EA
He is the senior vice president of EA and not the
only one who founded BioWare.
Not the Senior Vice President, 'just' one of them.

Yeah, but it will take two weeks for the servers to return to any resemblence of normalcy. That said, I'm super excited the Engie has new weapons though I think the best change was the moveable gear. I'm still waiting on my Wrangler though.
