How do i get the legion of the dead to join me and where can i find there armor?

Their armor is scattered in the Deep roads...you have to look for it.

I think all the pieces are in the Dead Trenches. If not all, then most.



You can persuade them to join after a king is crowned. I don't know exact prerequisites, but they were just there after the throne was taken up.
