Alessandra in the Windspear HillsThe Windspear Hills Quest went very smoothly. Once again, it could have been more interesting were it not for my legendary cowardice. I'll note that my cowardice varies in direct proportion to my fondness for a character. My care with Alessandra likely means that I'm begining to like her. I suppose that is a good thing.
The Paladins
Alessandra didn't exactly mind getting duped into fighting the Paldins: it finally gave her a chance to use the Unholy Blight from her personal item, The Ethics of Ambiguity.
Ruhk Transmuter
Alessandra tried to execute a quick kill here a kin to Ashoka's Backstab->Kamikaze Kobold barrage. Sadly, her uncanny ability to Critical Miss when it counts most prevented that from happening.

Missing out on the quick kill meant peeling through a whole lot of Stoneskins. Alessandra wished she could break the situation down for Ruhk....
"Look. I have Small Shields, Potions, and a Dart. You have Spells, and a Long Sword. That means you lose, I win- go home. And by the way, don't forget to leave the Ring of Fire Resistance by the door on your way out."
Unfortunately, that conversation never took place and Alessandra had to do things the hard way. Or at least the long way...

Orc ArchersThen it was the always epic Orc Archers v. The Reflex battle. The only wrinkle here was that Alessandra opted to get up in their grill and heal the damage from Ruhk's Acid Arrow with The Drinker.
Golems
The choice here was between a Potion of Absorption and Potions of Healing. With Improved Fiends around, it made sense to hold the Potions of Absorption for pre-Roranach's Nabassu fights.

Undead
Oddly, the Ancient/Elder Vamps didn't spawn in at first. Alessandra punked the Mummies, Ghasts, Shadows, and Wraiths and then wandered around a bit hoping to trigger the Vamp spawn.
"Hey guys! It's good to see you! Where have you been?"

The thing I hate about Vamp upgrades is that they make Pro Undead and Azuredge irresitable bargins. I never even flirted with their over-poweredness untill SCS introduced Cloud of Bats. Now I'm addicted...
GuardiansHealing Potions are more valuable then Fire Resistance Potions at this point so Alessandra gulped, cast and equipped so she could take some healing off the Fire Shields.
Samia
Alessandra never had any intention of giving Samia her junk so it made perfect sense for an RP standpoint for her to just juke Samia with Sanctuary...(No Screenshot).
Air ElementalInstakilled with the Staff of Air
Tazok
Used some Darts of Stunning here in the hope of doing some potion scoring. That didn't work out swimmingly- just got 2 Potions of Extra Healing.

ConsterStandard lonesome-mage kill here. Opened with the Ring of Air Control.

Conster said ProMW, Alessandra said Sanctuary.

Conster said "Spio Dediki", Alessandra counted seconds and timed her Sanctuary refresh to kick in immediately after the dispel. She then cursed Conster's cheesy melee-treated MMMs that he still managed to target even after the Sanctuary went up (only damage in the fight).

Conster said snooze, Alessandra said giggle. She was mildly tempted to add to his woes by layering in Staff of Air Sleep but decided against it since the Mordy Swords were still around.

No more Mordies or ProMW: time to break. Dart of Stunning.

Mr. Efreeti helped peel the skins and ultimately got the kill.

A little more aid from Mr. Efreeti: he helped Alessandra juke the door-blocking Greater Wolfweres.

Fin.

I'm not sure what's next for Alessandra: probably Umar HIlls.
Best,
A.
