Hey guys, i would like to know if a pre-order is made now, is that possible to choose either the normal version or the collectors edition in a later time? or they simply just send you the normal version?

Many companies only list the normal edition to begin with then add the CE at a later date

Yeah. I'm personally waiting to pre-order when the CE is announced.

Amazon.com only had the Regular Edition for pre-order. I'm not sure about any Collector's Edition but Chris said he would let us know about that if it becomes available. I know if you pre-order though Amazon you can change it, same with the game stores.

So do anyone of you recommend a pre-order at this moment? I haven't pre-order any game before so I would like to seek some advices.

I can't think of anywhere that won't let you cancel a pre-order, so maybe just pre-order where is cheapest for you and cancel/re-order CE if required

It couldn't hurt to pre-order now (like bobad said, you can always cancel) but you still may want to wait until the CE and pre-order bonuses are announced. Just as a time saver really in case some other seller has neater bonuses.

No offense meant, but there's really 0 point pre-ordering right now, especially if you want the Collector's Edition. There's no pre-order bonuses detailed yet, no collector's edition details - You'd just be wasting your time at the moment. I, personally, tend to pre-order closer to release.

Indeed  - is it just me or didn't Chris / Victor clearly state in another thread that
there isn't any decision yet wether there'll be a ce or not?
