Just what it says on the tin, here.
I had 320 spare points after purchasing leliana's song, so I decided to just grab the aegis and equalizer packs for the heck of it. The aegis pack has no problems, but the equalizer pack is, for some reason, unavaiable in my downloads -- despite the points for it being drained from my account.
Little help?
Purchased Equalizer pack, lost points, yet it's not available to download
