Hi I bought Masseffect 2 back when it was realesed and used my activation code I have all the DLC since the games release but on both my market place acount and the bioware registered game promotions Cerberus network is not listed on either meaning if I needed to redownload it its not there Its not registered at all yet I have it on my cousins 360 and I would like to know if this bug can be fixed since it would mean god forbid a system crash I have to pay 15 bucks for something I already bought 

Its on the system but not the account DLC list from which it was downloaded

The first few things that come to mind are:



Is you gamertag attached to the same account you log into this site with? Could you have attached your CN code to the wrong EA account? (If so, contact EA Support to sort it out)

You didn't redeem the code on your cousin's gamertag by accident?

Did you download the CN? As far as I'm aware the actual Network is included on the disc and you only pay for access through Xbox Live market place. If you linked up your Live account to the CN then it should be permanently attached IIRC

It is set to my gamer tag everything was done right it just isn't listed and I can't contact EA since my damn acount ins't exactly letting me in do to msn stupidity so I can't log on. Trust me I set everything up right but Im saying on this site its not listed in what I downloaded the ea is connected to the correct gamer tag ectera Im saying this site and live market place are saying I never did it. yet when I play the game I have access to it but I can't re activate it should the system crash

I'm not the only one I am quoting someone from market place forums

When I look up "Cerberus Network" (which I downloaded via redemption code, like you), it tells me to buy it for 1200 points. Again, the CN isn't something which is downloaded (other than a flag or something added to your profile file), you just pay (if you didn't redeem a code which comes with the game new) for access. If you've set it up correctly then you will not need to purchase the access again. So did you have a code included with the game or actually purchase the access from the marketplace?
