I'm playing this game on my laptop, which has no wheel mouse equivalent. How do I change the camera angle without having to plug a mouse into the machine? I'm not always home, and don't have a mouse besides the one connected to my desktop. What to do?
Sorry if this has been covered before, but I tried searching and couldn't come up with anything.

Never mind, figured it out. The page up/page down buttons work if you don't have the wheel. Now, if there were only some way to configure it for a left handed person, that would be awesome. I hate having to pan with the A and D keys, since I'm using my left hand to manipulate the touch pad.
