After destroying the Anvil I spoke to Shale at the party camp and the conversation led to the (what I thought) activation of Shales personal quest. But after wandering in the Deep Roads for a loooong time and not gaining the next activation for Shale (the thaig it comes from) I suspected that something was wrong... seems that I couldn't speak to it again either and nothing in the journal indicates that a quest is activated (both Companion quests and premium content quests are empty)...

I reloaded just before the anvil confrontation and forced Shale to be in the party with the console, and the discussion with the smith led to, as I understand it, an alternative start of Shales personal quest, but the results are the same..

It seems to be the Content uploader that is haunting again... I will still post this in case someone else gets the same problem... It is the uploader that haven't authorized the premium content and this can be remedied by exiting the game and pressing the windows button + R, type Services.mcs and scroll down to Dragon Age: Origins Contents updater. if it is stopped just start it again... if it is already started just do a restart and vóila, the premium contents will be there for you once again....
