Congrats Easymask! Twice even! Condolences in Amn, though. Good luck this time down south.
Grond0 and Gate, great multiplayer game! Brings back memories of high school gaming with friends just thinking about it.

I did manage to take Zigana (Half-Orc Cleric/Thief) through Baldur's Gate with 6 reloads.
http://social.biowar...dex/7426021/14" I wanted to go again with the No Reload Challenge, but this time not solo.
I came up with a minimalist character: Gyan the Cleric!

Gyan was a vibrant youth, and Gorion had high hopes for him. However, he fell seriously ill in early adolescence, and was severely hindered in his physical and mental development. In fact, it was a small miracle that he survived the strange disease at all, as no one could figure out what was wrong. Eventually, he recovered on his own after much care. Afterwards, Gorion and Tethtoril we able -- with intense training -- to help him improve his powers of the mind as much as was possible considering the circumstances. Gyan dedicated himself to the pursuit of knowledge, and was hoping to continue his training with Gorion and other wise teachers after leaving Candlekeep. However, it seemed that Gyan was meant to gain practical wisdom on the run with his foster sister instead!
------------------------------------------------------
After seeing his foster father killed, he and Imoen ran south and stayed off the main roads in fear of being pursued. They explored the coast and gained experience in ranged combat.

After taking out a few additional enemies including 2 wolves and 1 ghast, they were forced to run: Imoen was out of arrows and her wand was depleted, Gyan was beyond exhausted, and there were still ghasts and dire wolves on their trail. Imoen managed to hide, and Gyan Sanctuaried to safety.

They ran to Beregost where they relaxed at Feldepost's Inn. The locals weren't friendly, but they didn't try to kill them either, so it was a net gain. They ran into Firebead again, and talked with him for a while. Then they sold their loot and visited the local blacksmith, Thunderhammer. Gyan bought a +1 sling, but everything else was too expensive (especially the +1 short bow). They also bought some more arrows and sling stones, and Imoen sweet-talked Thunderhammer into a discount on the magical ammo belt.
From there the two siblings explored to the south, and gained more confidence against slow monsters like ogrillons, ghasts, and sword-wielding hobgoblins. It took some effort, but together they used their ranged weapons to great advantage on small groups and stragglers. However, a large group of hobgoblins showed up, so they ran back to town.

There they IDed some boots at the Song of the Morning Temple, replenished their stock of ammo, and Thunderhammer mentioned that his neighbor was the Mirianne mentioned in the note they found. She was happy to get the note, and gave them a magical ring. They sold more loot, and IDed the ring, which Imoen used. She also had picked up some studded leather armor from the hobgoblins.

Again they traveled south, met a hermit, and used range weapons against ghouls and gibberlings. They snuck past a medium-sized group of bandits, and then Gyan was approached by a nobleman who gave him a strange ring. Eventually, the two snuck back to Beregost where they sold more loot and identified the ring, which magically granted wit and charm to the wearer. To try it out, Gyan donned the ring and went back to make peace with the locals at Feldepost's. It worked like a charm (sorry), and they were both happy at the result, because they planned to visit Feldepost's many more times in the future. It had started to get awkward to have to avoid eye contact with some of the inn's patrons.
At this point, I took a break. Both Gyan and Imoen were at level 4, and they were wondering if it was time to proceed to the Friendly Arm Inn to meet those friends Gorion had spoken about. It seemed that Gyan was not being actively pursued in and around Beregost...
