Blaggerd has been pressed into action once more, starting with 2 pips in two handed sword, and one in each of two handed style and crossbow. He's added a second in two handed style and one in quarterstaff.

A typical start (Candlekeep, Shoal, Marl, Firebead, ankheg plate, Noober, Brage) sees decent hit points gained. After picking up a sword from Arghain it's time to cull basilisks. Blaggerd is tending to lead with a crossbow bolt from distance before closing in to melee, and Mutamin falls to this tactic after the bolt poisons him. With two failed spells, he can do nothing to avoid the sword.

Kirian and her gang warm up with two Necklace of Missile fireballs. Peter dies, so Blaggerd poisons his bolts and moves in. Kirian mouths off, so Blaggerd briefly stops to bolt her to the ground before meleeing Baerin and Lindin  in a convincing victory.

The most painful experience to date is when Ba'ruk manages to poison Blaggerd. The hobgoblin and several kobold commando's are in front and a group of tasloi have sharp sticks at the rear. Blaggerd fights on for a few rounds before reluctantly using an antidote when his absorb health is interrupted. Once cured, this group of enemies cause no more trouble.

The sirines are facing potions (Clarity, Heroism, oil of speed) and only manage a couple of minor scratches. Blaggerd swaps girdles and glugs a potion of absorbtion before dealing with flesh golems guarding a cave. With reputation soaring, a final point is obtained by returning the body of Nathan to Farmer Brun. Blaggerd purchases a few items of interest and intends to bulldoze his way through the main plot next.

Blaggerd has experienced a couple of blips.

1. Left to fend for himself in Nashkel Mine when I was called away. On my return one of the final two kobolds on level 2 which hadn't been engaged had moved in to attack and had done 20-30 damage. At least it wasn't a more pressing opponent.

2. Having written up his journal as he went, my power circuit fuse tripped and the pc/game/edit disappeared. There's an autosave but the journal is briefer than before.

Mulahey succumbed quickly to poison, as did Tranzig. The bandit camp was easy pickings thanks to the girdle, cloak and boots ganging up on the many arrows heading Blaggerd's way. Taugosz Khosann really fancied his chances and got one hit in but took two thunderous blows in return.

Spoiler
Venkt failed to mirror and became another poisoned carcass. Raemon and Britik chased Blaggerd to Hakt but couldn't prevent his death, or theirs.

Blaggerd had planned to kill Aldeth but mistakenly upset Seniyad. Two lightning strikes were partially mitigated by the boots of grounding which Blaggerd was still wearing from tripping the bandit camp trap (not intentional, but handily forgotten). With the druids dead, Blaggerd turned on Aldeth and killed him too.

Trio (attempt 3, session 1)

Following on from a chunking in SoA https://forum.biowar...nge/?p=20376914 three new characters met up in Candlekeep.

As usual the "blind date" threw up a few surprises but nothing too onerous.

Unyo. Shapeshifter: Gate70, Protagonist
Pins. Blade: Grond0
Coretank. Undead Hunter: Corey Russell

Candlekeep chores didn't keep the trio busy for long and with less than an hour remaining on the clock the party set out.
  • Rob Imoen, Xzar and Montaron
  • Show Shoal the Nereid a clean pair of Pins pins
  • Buy Marl a drink and swap books with Firebead
  • Pick up a night-time special bastard sword for Coretank
  • Head down to Nashkel, picking off the mail ogrillions on the way
  • Pick up the ankheg armour and have brief conversations with Noober, Oublek and Berrun Ghastkill
  • End the session at the Carnival

Blaggerd makes rapid progress, only a couple of speedbumps on the way.

Larze. Blaggerd went toe to toe, then ran and used bolts. Then he got stuck on a chair and hemmed in. A rare use of a healing potion was just enough to keep him alive.
(all those pause/unpause were where I tried to move Blaggerd)
Spoiler

A Storm Giant strength potion was used to bust some locks in Candlekeep catacombs, something the greater doppelganger down there didn't appreciate when a hit for 52 landed.
Spoiler

Sarevok took a few bolts but his cronies came out to play. Angelo died first, then Semaj died right next to him. Blaggerd added Tazok to the pile of bodies, his own almost joining it as Sarevok tumbled into the collection.
Spoiler

Blaggerd will be heading to Siege at some point.

Mortuus, the Elven Sorcerer (4th BG1 update)

We survived a hard test of mother wit. In the battle against Narcillicus and his Mustard Jellies we managed to find a way to save a nearly hopeless situation of losing one of our companions (the alternative would have been losing all XP of this companion).

At first, all was well, with Narcillicus poisoned by a Spirit Snake. Woden saved against Horror and was getting closer to the wizard.

Spoiler

With enough damage from poison by both Karasu and the Spirit Snake, Narcillicus went invisible and healed himself.

Spoiler

Soon the wizard revealed himself and casted Web on Karasu. An immediate reaction with maneuvering managed to let us not get into Web.

Woden activated his Defensive Stance and it was very effective against Fireball and Lightning bolt (this ability not only gives 50% resistance to physical damage, but also improves saving throws at -2).

Spoiler

But then a crisis happened. Woden didn't save against double Chromatic Orb by Narcillicus and was stunned. He was severely injured and open to all hits againt him. We were facing a situation of losing our tank and losing all his XP, as if he was killed, we would have to create a new character with 0 XP.

Spoiler

Luckly, Mortuus had a solution in his scroll case. We had several Invisibility scrolls, and didn't give them to Neera to memorize, exactly for these kinds of situations. Uzume now had to quickly reach the Mustard Jellies to get their attention (relying on halfling saving throws and an ankheg armour in the process).

So, the rest of the party immediately went to help Woden.

Spoiler

The Defensive Stance by Woden was still active, and even while he was stunned, this ability still reduced the damage he got from the Mustard Jellies. It probably saved him from death. Meanwhile, Neera used her wand of lightning to kill Narcillicus.

Spoiler

Woden was saved exactly in the last possible moment.

Spoiler

Mortuus levelled up in the process (4 from 6 hps). While Uzume tanked the Jellies, Karasu used his backstabs to gradually finish them off. He too levelled up during this fight (5 from 6 hps), and his new backstab multiplier helped tremendously against the last Jelly - Uzume already was slowed and Yahiko kept curing her poison.

This is how Woden was saved. As a reward for our heroics, Neera decided to share her knowledge of how to find a Stoneskin scroll.

After a LONG hiatus due to work and some other side projects, I was finally able to get back to this challenge. I still had a couple videos that I recorded last year that I managed to edit and upload. I'm hoping to get some time tomorrow and this weekend to get some momentum going again with this as I still think I can do it. :)

Anyway, on to the progress, the party made it to Nashkel and picked up Minsc then headed off to rescue Dynaheir. It's been a long time since I played and that is starting to show as I've had multiple deaths in the party although fortunately, nothing that a quick trip to a temple can't fix.

Edit: Removed the embedded video and replaced with the links to the video. The descriptions have a list of links to the more interesting portions.

Mortuus, the Elven Sorcerer (5th BG1 update)

In the Adoy's enclave Neera reached the 4th level, again getting maximum (4/4) hps.

Spoiler

We started the fight against Ekandor with Neera using the wand of monster summoning. Karasu then poisoned a thayan wizard, and Uzume silenced all enemies. While Mortuus, under Mirror Image, kited around the room, Uzume successfully casted Hold Person on Ekandor. Then she held the second thayan wizard. The battle was won.

We bought a robe of the Good Archmagi for Mortuus, so when we were ambushed by hobgoblin archers, unlike the time before (when Mortuus had survived two shots with 1 hp left), AC it gave helped to not get hit.

The next ambush was much more dangerous, though. A group of amazons attacked us.

Maneira and Telka went invisible at the start of the combat, and we still didn't have detect invisibilities spells.

Fortunately, Telka fell under the radius of Hold Person by Uzume.

Spoiler

Unfortunately, Neera couldn't use magic (thus no Mirror Image, unlike Mortuus) not to risk summoning Nabassu, and fell to a single backstab by Maneira. It was a moment of a great sorrow for the party, and for Mortuus himself, as he clearly had fallen in love with a pretty half-elf... Even 4 perfect HP rolls weren't enough for Neera to survive a double backstab.

Spoiler

Not long after that, an enemy cleric dispelled Hold person on Telka, and she attempted to backstab Karasu. No more deaths this time!

Spoiler

Our magic prevailed on the amazons, and we had to bury Neera.

Spoiler

Reluctantly, we decided to invite Garrick to our party - after losing Neera we needed someone to identify items for us and use wands. Silke panicked because of Spook, then failed a save against Hold Person.

Spoiler

Yahiko levelled up, getting 8 from 8 hps. Garrick got 13 hps, not many, as the Neera experience could tell...

Mortuus, the Elven Sorcerer (6th BG1 update)

With Garrick on board, we cleared the xvart village - Woden provided the best possible AC wall against all xvarts. Uzume got an access to the 3rd spell level (3 hps from 8).

We killed a bad Polar Bear and saved the Sword Coast from gibberlings' plague.

Spoiler

Then we were ambushed by the second group of bounty hunters, led by Molkar. Holy Smite from Uzume blinded several enemies, but Garrick and Woden fell under Sleep effect.

Stubborn Molkar proceeded to attack sleeping Garrick, who had only 19 hps. Uzume managed to cast Exaltation - it was exactly the moment a priest of Tyr could be invaluable for the party - but poor bard was dead the same second our cleric finished her casting.

Spoiler

Garrick didn't last even a week in our party... But we had no time to mourn the bard, we concentrated on enemies. An enemy mage was soon killed by our summoned dire wolves. Yahiko managed to charm Molkar, Uzume commanded to an enemy dwarf, while our wolves finished an enemy cleric.

At last, the bounty hunters were finished, and Woden was unconcious.

Spoiler

With our bard dead, we had a counsel whom to invite to our group. Mortuus remembered he saw an elven mage in the Mulahey's chamber and decided to return to him. Xan promised to repay us for his freedom, and this time we accepted his offer. He got even less Hps than Garrick from 3 level ups (7), but at least Xan was not a wild mage (and thus we were free from any surges) and already knew Mirror Image. He was an Enchanter, and excelled in crowd-controlling spells.

Spoiler

Before continuing our journey, we paid a visit to Thalantyr and bought the Horn and the Claw of Kazgaroth for Woden - yes, his saving throws against poison/death became worse, but instead he became a lot more resilent against spells and wands. So, we hoped, he wouldn't lay unconcious in future battles. Also, his armour class was increasinly starting to resemble the brickwall.

As for the CON penalty, Uzume always had Remove Curse spell memorized, so that Woden could regenerate when needed.

Spoiler

With new items, we killed an ogre-mage, Droth, who enslaved a nereid. But since this nereid first killed Xan, he didn't wish to let her wander around the Sword Coast freely, and freezed her to death.

Woden reached a new level, getting 6 hps (from 15), but more importantly, his saving throws improved at -2.

Spoiler

Xan showed what a good mage he was, alone defeating a pack of ogres and berserkers. It began to look like we finally found the right 6th party member.

Woden, equipped with the cursed two-handed sword of berserkering, helped to deal with sirens. We found out that this sword didn't stop feeblemind effects to be shown on the Woden's screen, but in the same time Woden remained active and fought the sirens even having the feeblemind icon. Also, we found out that feeblemind inflicted by sirens was a temporary effect, unlike the arcane spell with the same name.

If you have a evil party members, then you need to keep Rep no higher than 18. At 19, they will try to talk to you then leave - in many cases they leave forever. As I am sure you are aware, some mods try to address this (happy patch, etc.). Neutral party members will complain at higher than 18, but they won't leave.

That's no problem then. I doubt if I will reach 18 as my character is really evil. Has only just managed to reach average! -2 for having Dorn in the party. -10 for killing Firebead! Will post the run when I have uploaded the screenshots.

Mortuus, the Elven Sorcerer (7th BG1 update)

For sirens near the Seawatcher tower we used the same tactics: Woden with the cursed sword of berserkering + Karasu for backstabbing.

Mortuus, Yahiko and Karasu all got new levels, with favourable hp rolls (5/6, 8/8 and 4/6 respectively).

Xzar also levelled up, getting an access to 3rd level spells and 2 hps from 4.

Spoiler

Woden, under the effect of a potion of absorption, dealt with all flesh golems in the cave.

This way we acquired a CON tome for Woden and Relair's Mistake cloak for Karasu - the wolf form has better STR than his base variant, and provides faster speed to reach his opponents.

It was the right time to go ankheg hunting, with Sleep spells from Xan, the wolf form for backstabs and solid HP pool of Woden. We didn't encounter any difficulties in the process, usually seeing an ankheg die in two seconds which covered an attack by Woden and a backstab by Karasu (or vice versa).

Spoiler

We helped Tenya in her quarrel with fishermen and bought Dagger of Venom for Yahiko.

Spoiler

We dispatched wolves to the east of Beregost temple, with Woden successfully tanking against the whole pack of them.

Woden, protected from pertification by the green scroll, and under the effect of a potion of invulnerability, saved against all control spells of Mutamin, and finely tanked all basilisks.

Uzume got a new level (5/8), everyone else already had solid XP under their belt, so we felt capable of dealing with a mercenary band there.

Spoiler

A single silence spell from Uzume and Korax still under our control helped to won this battle for us.

On the way back to Beregost Woden reached the 6th level (9 hps from 16), and already was prepared for BG2 flails ;)

Spoiler

We bought the last major item available pre-BG (except for Ulgoth's Beard items, but I find it fair to visit that area only after reaching BG) - the Army Scythe crossbow, and cleared Peldvale and Larswood, camping before attacking the Bandit lair.

P.S. My vacation is closing in, so the continuation of this tale will happen in a month-time. Good luck to all no-reloaders!

Just a quick note - Corey the Dwarven Fighter with his band of mostly dwarves (with one human bard for arcane support) is still continuing his EE run. They have just obtained the DEX gauntlets and the CHA tome and have returned to the Carnival to sell/buy/rest and prepare for their next move. It's slow going though, as some of the party is still level 1. They will keep at it.

Unusual for me, an evil run.

http://i1108.photobu...an/Baldr158.jpg

http://i1108.photobu...an/Baldr159.jpg

I was delighted with how the gods had blessed me at birth with amazing abilities. Only my charisma left something to be desired and even that was average. My blessings continued when I had to meet three powerful assassins in Candlekeep in that my blindness spells worked every time. On their bodies I found some useful items which I was glad that they had been unable to use on me. Each of them possessed a knife that in close combat would have quickly snuffed out my life, and one of the knives was venomous! Fortunately blindness had prevented close combat! Two of them had stolen goods in their possession that I quickly made of: these were mage robes, which whilst not of great value might help protect me until I could acquire more powerful ones.

Upon hearing what had happened, Gorion insisted that we leave Candlekeep; not that fleeing did any good as we were ambushed and he was killed. I tried to re-enter Candlekeep, but was refused entry whereupon I proceeded to the Friendly Arms Inn where I was given the task of recovering Joia’s Flamedance Ring from some hobgoblins. Using the spells Armour and Blindness I killed them all before heading to Beregost.

Upon arrival I helped Marl get over the death of his son and continued south to Nashkel Carnival, killing some ogrillon on the way. There, I gained the ability to heal somewhat and just to the north was given a ring that compensates for having a mediocre charisma.

To the south and south east I came across a wand of frost and a ring of fire protection before being asked to take Samuel to the Friendly Arms Inn, which I did.

Once there, I took on Tarnish. My protections proved to be sufficient, but sadly I was unable to get his scrolls as a guard stood on top of them. L

Heading northwards, I took on a widow’s dead husband and slew him much to her delight. I then killed Tania to the delight of some fishermen.

I then killed an ankhegs before heading southwards. At the High Hedge I killed some gnoll and a skeleton before going further south where I attempted to help Mellicamp. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful.

I then killed some hobgoblins south of Beregost. Most of them succumbed to a sleep spell, but there was one who was wearing boots of stealth who did not. He hurt me badly before I managed to cast blindness upon him. That worked! After killing them all, I healed myself and picked up some healing potions from a cave.

I then cleared the road in the area to the south which should help trade.

Going even further south I reunited Rufie with his owner and helped a dryad. I also killed a number of dire wolves .

In the gnoll stronghold I killed some assassins before returning to the carnival to rest.

http://i1108.photobu...an/Baldr166.jpg

I then thought that perhaps I was strong enough to take on the madman Bassilus. I got hurt by skeletons and wolves as I approached him and when I did finally reach him he saved against blindness whilst I was affected by his rigid thinking spell. However I was out of sight of him and just had to wait.

By the time it wore off, my mirror image spell had worn off. However the second blindness spell I cast was effective, so using my sling I slowly but surely brought him down gaining considerable wealth and experience in the process.

I then went ankheg hunting, but decided to stop once reaching level 5 as it seemed to be excessively dangerous as my sleep spells didn’t always work.

In an area to the north I tried all sorts of spells on zombies before deciding to try again when I am stronger.

I killed assassin, Zargos Flintblade .

http://i1108.photobu...an/Baldr160.jpg

The things that I did next were specifically designed to make me a hero in the eyes of others. I therefore helped Alanna’s Neighbour and Drienne whose cat had been killed. Greywolf was then killed.

http://i1108.photobu...an/Baldr161.jpg

After casting blindness on Greywolf, he was an easy target, but that fool Isra insisted on attacking him at close quarters and as a result was killed. I just kept slinging stones at him until he died.

I then went shopping for such items as the necklace of missiles, scroll of protection from petrification and the like, and suddenly found myself poor without having bought all the equipment that I wanted.

When I deemed myself to be fully equipped, I was be able to take revenge on those whom I have been unable to deal with as I wished, due to my own lack of power, when they bugged me.

http://i1108.photobu...an/Baldr167.jpg

In transit I killed a winter wolf which will earn me gold as well as the experience.

http://i1108.photobu...an/Baldr162.jpg

I used the wand of fire that I found in the ankheg’s lair to annihilate a group of assassins. I thus gained some useful spells and some even more useful experience as I am now approaching level 6. Once at that level, I will feel secure enough in my own abilities to have others in my party.

http://i1108.photobu...an/Baldr168.jpg

Tiax and Dorn joined the party and we then went in search of Kryll. I survived but only just. Kryll’s party of skeletons and then gibberlings attacked when I was unable to retaliate. If I had the gift of hindsight, there would have been no problem as I could have cast appropriate spells. As it was, I was reduced to 4 HP.

After the killing of Taris, my reputation dropped to 5 even though nobody saw us.

I then took us to the gnoll stronghold and discovered a chest with some useful stuff in it. Heading north, I killed a polar bear and was given some Ugg Boots as a reward.

Further north still I helped an archaeologist and then Brage.

We eventually went down the mines and defeating Mulahey was not a problem. Even the assassins on the way down were no problem.

http://i1108.photobu...an/Baldr170.jpg
http://i1108.photobu...an/Baldr171.jpg
http://i1108.photobu...an/Baldr172.jpg

However upon leaving we fought a ghast and that WAS a problem.

http://i1108.photobu...an/Baldr174.jpg

We fought Lamalha and cohorts and because Tiax had scouted ahead, they were easily defeated.

We then fought a revenant and defeated it, though with some difficulty.

http://i1108.photobu...an/Baldr175.jpg

We returned to Nashkel, gave a ring to the widow and returned to the mayor who rewarded us handsomely. Our reputation has risen to 8 and Tiax is unhappy. Tough! It may have to go yet higher if I am to become as powerful as I wish.

We killed two assassins before leaving for Beregost.

http://i1108.photobu...an/Baldr176.jpg

http://i1108.photobu...an/Baldr177.jpg

I cast web on the other two and used fireball spells to eliminate them which left Malious. I cast miscast magic and Tiax cast silence in the hope of killing Malious before he cast any more spells. It didn’t work! Malious cast rigid thinking upon Dorn.

To avoid getting attacked by him we moved out of harm’s way. He fought Malious at first, but then switched to attacking some gibberling before eliminating him. After killing the gibberling he headed straight for some bandits and started fighting them. He was unable to take healing potions and as a result got badly wounded.

Once the web spell wore off we went to help him but we were attacked by xvarts and had to deal with them first. Eventually the rigid thinking spell wore off and Dorn killed him first. He then concentrated on taking healing potions and killing the remaining bandits. In the middle of all this, other xvarts attacked him also. By then we had arrived on the scene and helped him. We then went to Beregost for well-earned R&R.

http://i1108.photobu...an/Baldr178.jpg
http://i1108.photobu...an/Baldr179.jpg

We then headed south and killed some more assassins. These were killed without any problems due to the fact that they were held by web.

In Beregost we then killed some spiders and then went to the FAI for our reward.

We then raided the Lighthouse area, getting the loot for the cave killing 3 sirene and helping free the boy from the worgs. Reputation now 9.

http://i1108.photobu...an/Baldr180.jpg

When we exited the cave, we had to rest to recuperate. We were attacked by no fewer than 10 sirene, so we fled inside the cave. Fortunately they did not follow.

http://i1108.photobu...an/Baldr181.jpg

We then headed northward and killed some more sirene, Shoal, and then Droth. Dorn is now a pretty well armoured tank. :)

http://i1108.photobu...an/Baldr182.jpg

We headed for the bandit camp and impressed Tazok.

http://i1108.photobu...an/Baldr183.jpg

Heading south, we met more assassins. Dorn got killed due to the scorching heat sent by a mage. I realised afterwards that I should have passed the ring of fire protection to him. It cost 800 gp to raise him at a temple. :(

http://i1108.photobu...an/Baldr186.jpg

http://i1108.photobu...an/Baldr187.jpg

http://i1108.photobu...an/Baldr188.jpg

Realising that we needed a new wand of fire, and hearing rumours of them being available there, we went and bought one, and while there we gained much experience. For myself, I got a tome for the increase of wisdom.

We then used stealth at the bandit camp before moving on to Cloakwood. There we founs Gurke’s Cloak, helped a hunter against some extremist druids, found Chelak’s body and fought and killed a dragon. Against the dragon, I attempted to keep out of harm’s way, but it deliberately came looking for me. I was badly burned, so Dorn threw a ring of fire protection. That, plus healing potions helped me to survive but only just as I only had 2 hp left when it finally expired. Phew! Tiax healed me to some extent, but I then took some healing potions as well.

http://i1108.photobu...an/Baldr191.jpg

We then killed a couple of druids before taking the dragon’s head to the third. She rewarded us with both items and experience, but that was not enough, so we killed her for extra experience and extra items.

http://i1108.photobu...an/Baldr192.jpg

On the way to the next area we were beset by two wyvern. I kept well clear and used web to make life a bit easier for Tiax and Dorn. We rested again after healing everyone as soon as possible.

We were accosted by Miranda the witch and whilst we defeated her easily, her animal friends were much tougher. We killed a polar bear but there were too many other animals and so my death arriv…aaargh.

Clearly buffing is required for that encounter if PC is a mage. As a fighter, that has never been necessary.

It was. I enjoyed it a lot. Tried to role play it as much as possible. The party was well-balanced. Probably shouldn't have killed Firebead from a powergaming point of view. There were items that I couldn't afford because of low rep, but I would rather lose that way than win by not doing what I think that the character would have done.

Trio (Attempt 3, session 2)

Let's start with the basilisks. Easy peasy.
Mutamin failed to catch up with Unyo before ranged attacks caught up with him.
Kirian and her crew. Nice and simple with Korax snacking in a stinking cloud.

Pins tried and failed to despatch Korax while the others were looting, and got held.
Spoiler

Fortunately for her, her companions killed Korax first.

Greywolf was next, doomed early on and not making too much of an impression.
Spoiler

A rash of reputation followed with Samuel, Joia, Charleston Nib, Brage, Caldo/Krumm and a drowned cat topping the tally at 20.
Tarnesh had been killed off by this time, as had Meilum.

Nashkel Mine was done in the last 15 minutes, with sufficient time left for Lamahla and her Amazons to be stunk out of existence.
The party are heading back to Nashkel then Beregost in the hunt for some rings of protection +1.
(Mirianne's letter has once again gone missing so we'll check stores on the way)

Gate70: Unyo, Shapeshifter 6. 68 kills, greater basilisk.
Grond0: Pins, Blade 6. 43 kills, lesser basilisk.
Corey Russell: Coretank, Undead Hunter 5. 76 kills, Greywolf.

A quick update on Dante. I continued on to Bear River on my way to rescue Dynaheir where I managed to continue my streaking of killing Kagain (twice this time). Despite that, most of the party gained a level and managed to make a bit of gold. Lack of magic weapons from the Hard Times mod is becoming an issue as the party is still sans magic weapons. The best weapon so far is an Excellent Long Sword from Neville that doesn't help much against enemies like Vampire Wolves.

One lesson is that I need to buckle down and remind myself that there are no reloads if I'm going to get through this. I'm being way too careless with low health party members and the result is needless deaths and wasted gold that could go towards better armor.

Lots of fighting in this zone but, unfortunately, I switched to recording in OBS Studio for this video. All of my stream settings are correct but apparently I never configured my recording settings so the video is a bit of a disaster. The video formatting is off and the narration is constantly overrun by the game sounds.

I'm not going to upload a video for this zone as it's basically unwatchable and I'm not going to go back and redo zones.

Dante and the party continued on to the gnoll stronghold and cleared it with little issue. The Tome of Leadership went to Dante who is now at a whopping 11 charisma.

Upon rescuing Dynaheir, the party released Kagain to go back to his evil ways then continued on to Nashkel to rest. Next stop is the Carnival then off to the Mines.

No video for this zone either for the same reason Bear River. Fortunately, everything is all sorted out now so shouldn't be a problem in the future.

Unfortunately, it looks like this run has come to an end. My install has become very unstable and keeps getting assertion failures all over the place in the Nashkel mines. I've tried deleting temp files and uninstalling/reinstalling mods to see if that would fix it and, if anything, it has made the problem worse. I'm going to reinstall and take another run at this weekend but I'm not going to bother with any videos. Getting quality videos out is way too much effort to put in just to lose to a buggy install. :(

Super sorry to hear that SuperNovice007. I've had some promising runs end to bugs too. I hope you can resolve your install issues.
