I'm completely clueless as to where to find Bann Sighard and the Lost Templar's sister after rescuing them after getting my vengeance on Howe. I thought it would be resolved (as in, I could talk to the nobles) right before the Landsmeet, but that didn't happen... so now I'm just lost.
