Of course they are not final, the game hasn't gone gold yet. The question is, how much will the graphics change till release...

That is the only reason I can see for the change, which looks markedly worse IMO.

That doesn't make much sense. DAO ran on consoles, didn't it?

They had to lower the texture quality to accomodate for the space on both consoles. People complained about it a lot.

I own both the PC version and the PS3 version, and much prefered to play on the ps3 due to the better HD graphics on it, rather than on my old PC, with no HD ( which is from like 2005/6?).

It's been a while, but I don't remember anything said about Flemeth coming back. As I remember it, Morrigan was happy I killed the old bitty

Morrigan actually said that even if you killed Flemeth she might have found a way to escape as she is THE Flemeth. But there was the option of not killing her too. In one game i didn't kill her and lied to Morrigan.

She stayed true to character and that was her personality.  I don't understand the animosity for a character to be portrayed as a character that is not of your control but is their own free agent.  If she simply annoyed you personally, then that's fair.  But I fail to see how she can be at fault for being her own character. 

One of the best parts of Origins is that if you ****** off your companions, they will fight you no matter what because of their beliefs. If you bring Shale to the Anvil but side with Branka, you have to kill Shale no matter what. In some cases like this, it doesn't matter how persuasive or charismatic you are, they aren't going to budge - and they shouldn't.

I've been giving more thought to the PC's sister--I have to admit I have the feeling something terrible winds up happening to her.  This is the type of setting in which the odds of "something awful" happening to you are drastically increased if you happen to be a loved one of the protagonist.

Urgh. I hate the name Bethany because I used to know one and she turned out to be a real cow. However, everything else sounds just dandy.

I think Hawke looks awesome, love the beard and armour, but the Darkspawn look fugly as hell.
